Very pleased
December 13, 2017

Both my husband and I were very pleased with our initial visit to the site and initial purchases. We were so excited that we got our watches in a few days that we went back on the site and both of us have 4 watches apiece! Well be buying more for ourselvesas well as giving watches away as gifts!

Good Experience

I ordered a Jason Taylor watch, it showed that it came with watch case but when I received the watch there was no case. Other than that it was a good buying experience. I should receive the case since it showed it with the watch.

Battery wasn't working

I have Many Invicta watches and have never gotten one where it needed a new battery, I bought this for my wife. What a disappointment when the first thing you have to do is take it in for a new battery, Not at all what I have come to expect from your company.

Very good looking watch but it tapers in, and does not look like a 56 mm watch, as advertised, but all Thunderbolts are like this it seems. They say 56mm, but are really only 52mn-big difference. So I sent it back for my refund to my credit card.

Look elsewhere

I've ordered several watches from these people... out of 6 watches(I only come back because of the good prices)... only 2 had no issues!
The others have came in unwrapped like returns or factory refurbs?,,, not sure
One order I waited 2 weeks,, NO WATCH
Only to have a email saying sorry it's not in stock!
I NEVER get tracking either!
Last watch I ordered was a watch and a case
I got the case and NO WATCH!
I was told ohhhhh, some items ship from different places!,,,, but this was all one purchase!,,,, guess they sell items they don't actually have there or in stock!
BEWARE
As of this very minute in waiting on 2 watches and a hard case and I have no tracking or anything!,,,,,, something tells me after another week... I'll once again get an email saying SORRY, not in stock!
(Though they ARE listed as in stock)
And then I'll have to wait for a refund!
It's a real shame because you can find some really good prices there but the experience really sucks!

Way too long to wait!

This is my 3rd order from invictastores; first 2 came in a week, just didn't see them yet (got stuck in Russia); but this one waiting for a month now! Tried to call, was on the line for more than an hour and couldn't get through!

The reps (Jennifer) mostly, were so patient with me. I was having a bad day, Hissy fit, and they took it all in stride. They stayed focused on the real order issue and expressed concern and sincerity to help resolve the order problem. I later recognized what a crazy person I must have looked like to Customer Service. I did write a note of regret to Customer Service expressing my thanks for all their help as well as helping me to understand how the return process was going to go. Then the best suggestions were made to ensure I get what I originally wondered. I couldn't be more pleases with the excellent care I received. Shhh, I really was a bi__h that day, ranting. Thank you all. Any further feedback is available on demand.

I am 47 years old and most of my life I've never liked watches until I was introduced 2 Invictus. I am proud to say that I now own to Invicta watches. My birthday is March 23rd I'm hoping to see a good sale so I can purchase my third. You now have a fan Invictus.

Customer service is atrocious. Waiting over 30 minutes every time I call is insane. On top of that, my order came, it was the wrong item. Waaay Wrong, I ordered a men's watch and was sent a flowery women's. Then I called to get it rectified, shipped off the wrong item (y'all got it 7 Dec 17) & should've got the correct one within 3 business days after arrival. Nope. Called again, where is my watch? Something happened with shipping, but a new order was set up and sent out. I got the correct watch overnight. Looks great, but one of the small, dials inside that face of the watch has detached and is caught up on the hands. I am now on hold AGAIN, going on 30 minutes, to get my money back or to get another watch. I am sooo unhappy with this whole experience, youronly saving grace is that your customer service reps are very polite. Wish this was not happening days before Christmas.

I ordered a watch for a gift. Accepted order but over a week later when I followed up about shipping they tell me they dont have the watch. They suggest ordering a different watch and pay for it and then later they will honor the promo code that caused me to order from them anyway. Of course the sale prices would not be honored and I would be spending quite a bit more money for a similar product and It would arrive a week late. It would have been nice if they would have been up front about it so I would not look bad after telling someone to expect a package :(

I placed my order one day then received my package the next day. That has got to be my fastest purchase ever. Thank you Invicta for being the best and also great quality watches and great prices. You all are the best. I have also spreaded the word about the Awesome time pieces you all have in stock. I got the wrong watch

Sent the wrong watch. You Couldn't tell me if the chosen one was in stock but wanted me to return the watch till they figured it out and send the original order or refund me. I wasn't satisfied with my experience at all and chances are I won't be ordering from your website agian.

Bad service

Ordered watch on Cyber Monday two weeks later they told me it would not be available till after Christmas. Tried to get a different watch with the same Cyber Monday discount customer service said they couldnt do that so canceled the watch and bought a Seiko instead

I've made several purchases in last 2 weeks the prices and website seem great but after wondering where my packages are and trying to find out info basically I get tons of emails cut I signed up but I have no invoices to prove my purchases except from PayPal history and green dot history! It's been weeks and no watches have arrived I'm very worried as I am a brand new jewelry store owner and really need every item to try to get on my feet in this business, I didn't notice right away becuz I buy multiple items daily and receive items daily but I bought really expencive invictas off this site and dang I really hope they come. *******@gmail.com is my email can somebody let me know if im safe? Does this website take 3_4 weeks to deliver? I would ask the store I bought from but now it says I am using wrong sign in and im just so frustrated at this point and I feel burnt without even getting the invoices.

I like the Watch But...

I'm very happy with the overall look and feel of the watch I purchased. My complaint comes from the packaging. When I opened the brown box it came in the yellow Invicta box was slightly open, like it couldn't close properly.
Upon looking at how the watch was in the box, it would not close without pressing down on the watch. It made me wonder if this watch had been repackaged.
The watch did not have a clear protective cover on the face like other Invicta watches I have purchased and the writing on the back of the watch had started to rub off. I have had the watch for 9 days and worn it to work only about 5 times. Again, I do like the look and feel of the watch, but still wondering if it had been returned/repackaged and then sold/sent to me.

Amazing watch

I was referred by a coworker to look into Invicta watches. My husbands birthday was coming up and I thought I'd give it a try to see if this was something that he liked. I ordered the open heart mechanical watch at a great deal. From reviews and videos I've seen, I've heard a lot of positive things. Since this was not a brand I was familiar with I felt a little iffy. My husband loves his watch - all the mechanical are beautiful to see. Since ordering the watch I've seen it every where now. I had it sized at a Jeweler in the mall which needed specialty due to screw pin type. I saw the Invicta watches in their display case also at jcp then an infomercial on TV. I'm so happy I tried it.

Customer service was awful! Paid $29 extra for 2 day shipping. Got here a week later. Was told on a Tuesday it was shipped to find out it still hadnt shipped on Friday. Finally got it Saturday. A week after ordering. And it was broken! Will never order from here again!

First bad experience

I own many invicta watches. However tbis was the first time i had ordered a watch from the website, and unfortunately the watch was broken when i received it. I called up and the lady was very polite about it and apologized, and sent me a return label to return the watch. Since then, i went to a brick and mortar invicta store and have purchased 5 watches since. Beginners luck i guess ordering online... lol

Great Experience

It was easy to order and the watch is perfect, I hope my fiancé enjoys it for our anniversary. The details of the watch was more than I thought, but it is incredible. Good decision to purchase it and for the cost it was great. Will come here again.
