Invicta Stores

I am very annoyed with the policy of invicta stores. I am given a watch as a gift and needed to have it sized i told the clerk that the watch which was still in the box was a GIFT to me by someone and i needed to have it sized i was asked where the item was purchased if i do not have proof that the item was purchase from invicta stores i have to pay $15. To have the links removed. Yet the items is there that is sold in your store. This polcy is ridiculous. I am now in the process of returning both items to the individuals and have them return them i will ask them to purchase items form another store. That cares about customer service and satisfaction.

Everything arrived in a timely manner, undamaged and working fine, without any problems. I also got what I wanted at the lowest prices I've seen anywhere.

This is a spectacularly beautiful watch and I own it. I only wish sizing the band was easier. All my friends who are Star Wars fan are jealous that they do not have one.

I recently was searching for a Mickey Mouse. Watch fory husbands birthday. I tried to order several times on my phone with PayPal and followed through with no order placed. We are in Hawaii 6 hour time difference. So if was tough to get ahold the company to see when the order was coming. Spoke to an agent and she said that there was no order. So to get the discount during cyber week of course went back on line, reordered on the computer and with my Visa. Came FedEx with free shipping. My huband really liked it although stated was a bit large and very heavy. He just hasn't had an Invincta before. Very nice watch. Thank you. It was just very difficult to order.

The watch itself was exactly what I was expecting it to be but I'm only giving a rating of 4 and not 5 because of the way it came packaged. Although my watch wasn't damaged it should have came with some type of protection eg. Bubble wrap or foam pieces. Also the box my watch came in was too small and can't fit properly when I center it in place. I had to drive to my local mall and ask for a bigger box from Sottomarino and they delivered. Step up your game and don't be cheap with the boxes. If it's a small watch send a small box but if its a bigger watch send a bigger watch next time.

Got the watch but the battery wasn't working. I love the style! First time buying at Invicta. I bought it as a gift. Very disappointed because I expended money on a expensive watch and the battery is not working. It is not the same to have a watch with his original battery on working conditions that can last you 2-3 years than spending extra money on a shipper battery that provably will last 2-3 months :( When I bought something I expect it to fully work and be ready to use.

I had a transaction with Invicta Stores and because the address ot ship to was different from the billing address, they did not approve my order. So when I made the order, the money was taken from my Current account in the amount of $1342. 16, when I found out that they didn't not approve the transaction, I waited and waited for the money to go back in my account and it still never has, it has only disappeared from all transactions. But if you total the money amounts up in my account, the amounts are missing. I want my money back asap! THIS IS CRAZY, when I chat with someone from there they see it somehow but I dont see it anywhere. That money was never given back to me and this is only one of three transactions. It happened another two times within two weeks. With same company and the total amount I am owed is about $3k. I want my damn money! Current you will pay me back!

Ordered a watch and since the shipping rate a farely high also order ear phones with it. Since I already had to pay shipping. Now the watch is canceled without any notification upfront. And I am stuck with 15 dollar headphones which in the end costed me 65. Seriously. Wtf. No response what so ever. And in the end invicta customer support tells me to contact FedEx. I did not order with FedEx. I paid invicta. Stupid lazy rwats. Never again
