What's going on here?

My wife ordered a Watch on July 23. It is now August 7. After several calls with different conflicting answers, she was finally able to get in touch with a human being on Tuesday this week. They apologized for the long wait and said that they would expedite the shipping and we would have the watch by Friday or Saturday at the latest. I called today and after a very lengthy wait, was told that my watch hadn't even shipped out yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am tired of the lies and all of the false hope. Exceptionally tired of the 40 minute wait time for answers that aren't true. I have several Invicta watches but will no longer support the brand. It's a real shame, I like the product but the service and delivery and customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Don't bother.

RIPOFF!

Ordered 3 watches totaling over 200 dollars and after nearly a month haven't received anything. Oh, their "tracking" number says it was delivered but it wasn't. I was home when it was supposedly delivered and got no call or buzz at my door. They can't even tell me what address it was delivered to only tbe city in which I live. Customer service is absolutely no help and keep insisting it was delivered. Even UPS who supposedly delivered it can't help or won't help. They are saying the same thing. It was delivered but also cant tell me the address only the city. It's a joke and extremely annoying. I like Invicta watches and had planned on buying many more but won't. I will not waste another cent on these $#*! clowns

Bad business

This has got to be the worst store online. You wait for ever on phone line than get hung on. You ask for information on delivery day you get nothing its like someone just took your money and don't remember you.if anyone reads this do yourself a favor if you really want a inviicta watch buy on ebay because if you buy online from invicta stores you will wait for ever better yet dont buy there watches theres alot of good watches for the same price

Very Disappointed
June 4, 2020

Just got the biggest run around for Invicta. First off I was on hold for 45 mins and they couldn't tell me when my order was going to ship. I placed my order on Monday and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Their web site states up to 4 days to process your order. They just informed me that my order would not be shipping till next week. If I would of know this I would not of placed my order and defiantly not paid for 2 day shipping
I specifically ordered this watch to have for my sons graduation this weekend. Now I need to figure out plan B

I own several Invicta watches but after this I will never buy another

Received partial order

One watch was out of stock after I ordered it. Invicta processed my payment and didn't inform me it was not available until 8 days after I placed my order. I had already been charged for a watch that was not available.

The wrong watch not if equal value was delivered and I was told that the watch I ordered was no longer in stock which it was when I ordered. I sent images as requested and was informed I could keep the inferior watch or get a refund. I have sent 6 emails and called without being directed to a human at least 4 times. I have even left a very detailed message. The watch I ordered was to be given as a gift which now without a refund I wont be able to give making not only Invicta customer service look bad but also making me look bad

Great Watches

I was disappointed not to receive the 2nd watch with my order. I did receive a refund but I would have liked to have the other watch. Ive bought many watches this year & needed my silver 1 for other occasions. Hopefully I will get another or different one soon.

I have bought Probably 10 orders from this Company and the Customer Service(Mario) continues to get Worse. He is Arrogant, Resistant and a Complete A$$. I took a Screenshot of my order with $0 for Shipping and Low and behold they charged me $6 for an order worth almost $200 and did I mention 10 orders? Refused to Refund my $6 and gave me Runaround and Attitude! I even sent them the Screenshot and they Resisted. My Last order from these Idiots!

I am disappointed by the page i placed an order on december 16 to receive the item before December 24 and shipment was late service never requested questions never answered and I received the item on Friday 29. Poor service

Rude Manager

Before I walked into the store the manager bombarded be with questions and was telling me I had to buy a watch even when I told her I was only looking and couldn't afford one at the moment. As I left I heard her say "that is how I deal with poor people." Very rude manager, will not come again.

Just in the Nick of Time

So my I was looking for a watch as a gift for xmas (Nick) for my Daughter went to several different websites they didn't quiet fit my budget or style of what I was looking for. So after several frustrating searches and running short on time I came across the invictastores web site and found the perfect watch and to boot it was on sale it arrived on time and in a beautiful box no need to wrap. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
January 3, 2020

I ordered a watch on December 17th, most retailers have their workers work overtime because of the holidays, not Invicta, they give their employees the holidays off. I never got my watch for christmas. I called 5 different times and emailed them 3 times, no one answered, at one point they had me on hold for over 3 hrs. That's ridiculous, I WILL NEVER order another one again. I wish I could give a minut one star rating.

Buyers beware!

I receive the watch that I ordered but it doesn't work. I tried to set the time and date but the pin pulled all the way out with out me even pulling on it. Called customer service but all I got was a recording saying I was next in line. I left my name and email address on the website which states they answer all email with in 24 hours. It's been 72 hour and the only email I have received from them is to write a review regarding the watch I received. I think I'm dealing with dumb and dumber here. Buyers beware!~

Fantastic Timepiece!

My first Invicta watch, but surely not my last! Great styling and design. I am very pleased with the packaging and delivery of the S1 Rally. It arrived very quickly and when I opened the package I was very impressed with the watch.

Hi I recently purchased lupah watch Model ******* and it was supposed to come with a genuine alligator strap but it came with a genuine leather strap, tried contacting invicta by email and phone call no response. I tried live chat and was talking to a customer rep about this situation, she said she had to ask manager, her manager named Gloria responded that I got the correct strap it is suppose to be a genuine leather with a alligator texture, I sent them pictures the strap is smooth no texture then got disconnected from live chat. I was also suppose to receive a 60 % off on a previous order and they said they would honor it on another order but they never honored it. I made another attempt by email on 12/30/17 to resolve this issue because I really like the watch but, all I got is a return shipping label lol that's how they treat there customers.

I bought watch. Yeah it was good price but then after few months I saw that price that I paid went as a normal price, and then after few weeks it was sale again but was higher price with discount, same price that I paid with "discount"
