The watch arrived packaged beautifully. It was a gift for my husband, so this was really nice. The watch itself looks to be of excellent quality and my husband seems to really like it. It didn't hurt that I got it while there was a big sale going on. So far, so good. I'm really pleased with the purchase.
I was able to complete my purchase, but the website really needs work done. It is, or rather feels for lack of a better word to describe it. Clunky,slow,poorly optimized. Updating my cart, finding watches and checkout seem to take forever to get done. But in the end I was able to make a purchase, but the user/customer experience needs work.

The watch arrived sooner than expected. However, the watch has many scratched on the side, and the metal even has two pits. This looks like a used, and not well-cared for item. I am unhappy with the product received.

The watch is great. This is my 5th Invicta watch and they are all great quality and style. The delivery/shipment seemed a little ling though. It was more than a week, after I finally received my notice of shipment, before FedEX actually picked up and began to deliver the watch. Other than the wait it was a great experience.

I have been an Invicta collector for years. Every few days I search the website for items that are on sale that I would like to add to my collector. This was a Spiderman watch, part of the Marvel collection, that was reduced to $68. At that price it was perfect.
My only issue. My order was split in two deliveries about a week apart. I was not informed of this. I purchased this as a gift and had it sent to someone else. When i called the person about 1 week later if found out they did not receive all the items and had to call in invicta to find the status of the undelivered items and their delivery date
Ordering and receiving the gift was easy. However I need to return the watch and requested a return label 3 times and no one had replied to my email. So if I do not receive a return label I will contact my pay pal account to step in at this point.
Because it was shipped requiring my specific signature it required me having to take time off and 5 additional days to get delivered...I don't mind it requiring a signature my complex accepts packages and puts them in lock boxes etc for us...but requiring my signature specifically made it a huge headache
