Order was delayed and almost cancelled due to availability, even though I ordered with site listing them as in stock. No real communication and unable to call customer service due to call volume. However, status service onsite was helpful.

I definitely like the re-population of my info from my previous order.

I would definitely appreciate a alternative to shipping. FedEx is the worst delivery company. I had multiple issues with the divert of my last order. Using a company that prides themselves on delivering items on time and not stating you attempted to deliver and FedEx did not.

Wrong address was placed on my item, After i have put the right address when purchasing.

The item was not delivered until i called severally to correct the delivery address.

The price for these watches was good

The price for these watches was good. Received one that was not working and was told to get a replacement. Excellent service.

I got over 300 Invicta watches. Should send a good discount coupon for at least one watch.

The watch arrived packaged beautifully

The watch arrived packaged beautifully. It was a gift for my husband, so this was really nice. The watch itself looks to be of excellent quality and my husband seems to really like it. It didn't hurt that I got it while there was a big sale going on. So far, so good. I'm really pleased with the purchase.

I was able to complete my purchase, but the website really needs work done. It is, or rather feels for lack of a better word to describe it. Clunky,slow,poorly optimized. Updating my cart, finding watches and checkout seem to take forever to get done. But in the end I was able to make a purchase, but the user/customer experience needs work.

My experience was satisfactory. My only complaint was the processing time. I don't see why it takes over a week to simply process the order, unless the watches are being made to order. I will definitely buy again though.

Shipping times were unusually slow from the time over order until the shipment is out of the warehouse for being a domestic delivery. Quicker delivery times would make the overall shopping experience better.

The watch arrived sooner than expected. However, the watch has many scratched on the side, and the metal even has two pits. This looks like a used, and not well-cared for item. I am unhappy with the product received.

It was a really good experience and I really love the product. My only issue was with the delivery time, I place my order and almost one month later I receive the product but it's ok because with the pandemic that we are living this is normal. For the rest of the experience I don't have anything bad to say, really good product and a really good price. Excellent Service!

The watch is great

The watch is great. This is my 5th Invicta watch and they are all great quality and style. The delivery/shipment seemed a little ling though. It was more than a week, after I finally received my notice of shipment, before FedEX actually picked up and began to deliver the watch. Other than the wait it was a great experience.

I placed an original order only to find out you don't accept Discover Card a week later, placed a second order it took 3 weeks to deliver, u understand the crisis in delivering right now but if your website had the unfir6cobcernonf Discover Card Accounts the gift could have arrived on time. Also why don't you offer gift wrap or cards with purchases?

I have been an Invicta collector for years. Every few days I search the website for items that are on sale that I would like to add to my collector. This was a Spiderman watch, part of the Marvel collection, that was reduced to $68. At that price it was perfect.

My only issue
September 26, 2019

My only issue. My order was split in two deliveries about a week apart. I was not informed of this. I purchased this as a gift and had it sent to someone else. When i called the person about 1 week later if found out they did not receive all the items and had to call in invicta to find the status of the undelivered items and their delivery date

Ordering and receiving the gift was easy. However I need to return the watch and requested a return label 3 times and no one had replied to my email. So if I do not receive a return label I will contact my pay pal account to step in at this point.

Because it was shipped requiring my specific signature it required me having to take time off and 5 additional days to get delivered...I don't mind it requiring a signature my complex accepts packages and puts them in lock boxes etc for us...but requiring my signature specifically made it a huge headache

The merchandise is beautiful and priced so low I can't resist. When I made the order, I was unaware that there is a 4 to 5 day processing time added on to whatever delivery option that you arrange. This was disappointing, and caused me to lower the score on this survey.

I was a bit disappointed with customer service. I placed an order online and forgot to enter the valentines code which would've given me 15^% off. When I contacted customer service and requested that they adjust. They said they cannot do that. It makes a big difference And over $1000 order. I felt that that was unacceptable
