I'm not satisfied with the look of the bracelets and the length of time it took to ship them.I expected at least a notice to explain the delay in shipping. So iam very disappointed in the whole experience.
Overall the price and quality of the watch I bought is great, my only issue was the delivery time. I ordered with the regular shipping; we're in the middle of a pandemic so I shouldn't complain too much.
Good experience. The one thing I didn't like is that I wasn't sure about the breakdown of the price for the purchase until after I clicked on 'submit '. At that time I was able to see tax/shipping cost.
Received broken watch, don't understand how it was even shipped. When opened the box the crown protector was unlatched/open, the crown appeared to be broke (would not close so watch would not run) and lume globe that is on bezel was missing. I called CS and they gave me a return label, but takes over 2 weeks to get refund for broken watch. This was a Reserve Level watch would expect better quality and some sort of quality check before shipping.

Will be returning watch. The blue color tone on the wrist band is different from the one on the website. It looked awesome on the site, disapointed when received. Haven't had time to request the return label.
4 deliveries all to the wrong address despite me talking on phone direct to you. You still managed to get it wrong and so had to intercept my parcel with FedEx and reroute
The watches however are fantastic!
Very very dissapointed with the overall experience of this order it took 13 days to process the order and emails sent to customer service of 5 emails only one was answer and it took 5 days to get a reply so i am not happy at all with the way you guys are handling orders.
Invicta watches are awesome. I own 150 of them. Get a lot of comments on them about how cool they are. Invictastores.com has the best prices. Several co-workers have been so impressed, they are all wearing Invicta watches.
I wanted to get a watch that looked stunning with a price that wouldn't send my wallet into cardiac arrest. I started looking and found INVICTA. Everything about every watch I looked at was amazing. The only hard part was figuring out which one I wanted.
My very first order i had ordered 2 watches. Then i receive notice that you only had one in stock. Got billed for 2 and had to wait for credit for the 2nd. Should not show available if you dont have in stock
Wonderful buying experience. I however need the billing to go to a different address how do i go about this.i am buying the watches for birthday, anniversary gifts etc. So let bills come to my address as the purchaser not the watch recepients.thanks
I really was very very satisfied with my product in the future I would purchase more invicta watches the only thing was the delivery and customer services times was pretty long do to the covid 19 other thin that my experience was ok.
I had been eyeing this watch for quite some time on sideshow.com which was taking preorders for it. The fact that I found it through you directly and for half the price was incredible. I'm very happy with the price and overall transaction.
Prices are excellent as well as delivery times. However need to do better job keeping customer updated on delivery times. On both occassions I purchased watches I had to reach out to customer service for delivery status rather than being contacted by you.
The only negative aspect of the ordering and delivery process was the phone call to customer service. There was no wait time estimate or option for call back, had to wait minimum 45mins each time I called to speak to a live representative.
Easy to find what I was looking for. Took over a week to ship from the time the order was placed and when trying to reach the company on why, was unable to get ahold of a representative both by phone and email.
I gave you great reviews, however, I caution you about your 844 number for customer service. I have had a very difficult time getting through. I have to call over and over and over to finally get someone. When I do they are wonderful to deal with. I have an order right now (*******) that still shows "processing". I ordered it on June 20th. I called today and finally got through. Nini ended up sending me a tracking number for FedEx that shows it was processed on June 21st but has never been sent to FedEx to be shipped. Help?
I was very pleased with the service and assistance I received from Jessica. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and patient. She went above and beyond to help me find a watch that was comparable to the one I couldn't get. The conversation could have ended with a no that is not available. However, Jessica took it step further to help locate one that was. My customer experience was the best because of her.
It took almost a month to ship. When I got my package the case was damaged and not the one I was suppose to receive. I called to notify about the damage and ask about the Disney special edition box I was suppose to get. Was told it was back order and will be put on the waitlist. I should of been notified about the back order instead of me calling because my box was damaged. I still have no time frame of when you might ship my other box and have to use the damage one until then. I would like to have a confirmation email that I am going to get the box that was suppose to come with my Mickey Mouse watch.

This is my 2nd watch I've brought within last two weeks from Invicta 1st was Zeus bolt magnum. I have now bought two more watches got another Sea Hunter Gen II 58mm and awaiting for my 52 mm Venom which is due to arrive soon. Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
