I got the merchandise much later than I expected, they had to put in a second order/request for some reason and it didn't make in time for Christmas. And when I tried to call to follow up, the wait/hold times where too long so I had to hang up. Fortunately, even though the gifts were late, my sister and cousin loved the watches. You can never go wrong with invitca watches!

This is my second Invicta watch

This experience was great. But I'm still not totally satisfied with Invicta. I know the covid 19 has messed up a lot of things including a watch of mine that was supposed to b repaired. It never made it to the repair place. Now it's lost. What is Invicta doing about this. I want to Kno.

I had a great experience shopping with Invicta stores. I found the items I wanted, they were priced fairly and the shipping exceeded my expectations. It arrived earlier than expected. Due to COVID I was told it may arrive later than expected but it was actually a few days early. Just in time for Father's Day.

Great prices! Large selection of watches

I requested to return an item because the watch was too big for my wrist. I'd rather return to the store if i could, than ship it back, but i did not receive a response back. I live local in broward county & i'm close the the store. Thank you

Looks great and beautiful products, I just found it time consuming delivery and processing of payment and shipping, one of my watches took 10 days to be delivered and a very long prora, until then finalize the purchase for up to 5 days
+ or - so that's what I found

Product is great, price is terrific...shipping and customer service sucks.

Inquiries about this Mo's recent order netted me info on an order from January. I realize that Fedex is totally backed up, but a MONTH? Is wayyy too long from purchase to delivery-( I picked this item up yesterday 5/29)

My husband really liked the watch, but I will think twice before ordering from you again. When we received the watch we disco that it was damaged, the second hand was floating around inside. We tried to contact you but could not get a living person to talk to. In the end we had to take the watch to a local watch repair person which cost me more money.

The watch is too small for my wrist

The watch is too small for my wrist. I filled out a form on the receipt the day I received the watch and no one has contacted me about my Return request. I since have measured my wrist & it's 8 inches with no wiggle room, which I'd like to have. Also, I don't like the thickness of the watch either. What's going on with my return request please?

I made a multiple watch purchase and sent a few back. No complaints with delivery and product quality is excellent. Return was due to wanting to eyeball similar products that were in limited quantity, so I sent a few back. I'm still waiting to see if the return process is as satisfying.

Minor detail, but something to look at on the site-- Checkout did not offer a chance to change billing address if not same as shipping. Confirmation is showing ship/bill as the same, but they are not. Pkg arrived one day before the tracking delivery date, and I am fully satisfied with the product.

Nice watch, Good Price, quick shipping.
Watch had been opened before and was not re-packaged nicely. Very embarrassing as this was a gift.
I think my girl friend was more upset than I was, she did not understand why the watch was not "Brand New"
I am in the dog house now.

This purchase was handpicked by my father for his birthday gift. The purchasing process was excellent. The product arrived and looked even more brilliant in person. The shipping container and the product packaging were both sturdy and in good shape. This watch is big and stately, and ideal for dinners, Sunday's best, or dressing up. My father has had his watch for about a month now, and he still loves his pick. I would purchase from Invicta stores again.

Great price for the product however took a long time to get delivered. I've purchased timepieces from them before and most of the time it takes longer than 3 weeks to receive the items. They have the best prices that I've found so far and I would purchased timepieces from them again.

It was a fairly painless and streamlined shopping experience... The inclusion of PayPal as a payment method was the real reason I went ahead and made today's purchase. It took forever to receive one of the items (2 weeks), but for the price, I can't really complain.

I ordered 2 watches that showed In Stock. One shipped after about 4 or 5 days and I got it a few days later.
There was no explanation as to why the other had not shipped. Contacted customer service by email. A couple of days later I got an email saying it was being shipped. It was another week before I got it. It took entirely too long for all of this. I had ordered for a graduation gift and sad to say did not have them for graduation party.

My shopping experience is so easy. The delivery was the problem, because apparently my order was disregarded, until I notified them of me not receiving my order. I can say once it was brought to customer service attention, they were on top of it. So I'll continue to buy products from Invicta
