I got the merchandise much later than I expected, they had to put in a second order/request for some reason and it didn't make in time for Christmas. And when I tried to call to follow up, the wait/hold times where too long so I had to hang up. Fortunately, even though the gifts were late, my sister and cousin loved the watches. This experience was great. But I'm still not totally satisfied with Invicta. I know the covid 19 has messed up a lot of things including a watch of mine that was supposed to b repaired. It never made it to the repair place. Now it's lost. What is Invicta doing about this. I want to Kno.
I had a great experience shopping with Invicta stores. I found the items I wanted, they were priced fairly and the shipping exceeded my expectations. It arrived earlier than expected. Due to COVID I was told it may arrive later than expected but it was actually a few days early. Just in time for Father's Day.

I since have measured my wrist & it's 8 inches with no wiggle room, which I'd like to have. Also, I don't like the thickness of the watch either. What's going on with my return request please?

Minor detail, but something to look at on the site-- Checkout did not offer a chance to change billing address if not same as shipping. Confirmation is showing ship/bill as the same, but they are not. Pkg arrived one day before the tracking delivery date, and I am fully satisfied with the product.

Great price for the product however took a long time to get delivered. I've purchased timepieces from them before and most of the time it takes longer than 3 weeks to receive the items. They have the best prices that I've found so far and I would purchased timepieces from them again.
