The massive selection offered a variety that never left me wanting. It was easy to navigate via dropdown menus, and when I finally found the one I wanted, the picture and description were there to tell me everything left I needed to know. I felt very secure that my item would arrive safely, and it did, for sure. It's clear they put value in their products and their customers.
I love invicta. The only issue I had with the purchase was the wait to get the product. The site said it was in stock but when I called to see why it was taking so long the customer service person told me it was coming from another warehouse. I must say that she handle the issue with class and also upgraded my shipping to 2 days once they received my order. Will definitely continue being and invicta customer.
The order confirmation was ok. The confusion was I had 2 separate orders including several watches. I received 1 or 2 at a time and then no confirmation on tracking was sent for the rest of the order. I'm still waiting on pieces and have no way of knowing which watch is coming or delayed. Shipping from Invicta.com was very slow IMO and when I contacted there help link on the website multiple times to ask for communication on shipping dates and status of my order I never received a response. So lesson learned from my experience is the product is great but if I order another one I would have to find it on Amazon or another avenue with faster shipping times as I don't have a local Invicta store near me.
While wearing the watch for first time a screw fell out. I did not notice but a few hours in the watch was loose on arm. I am returning the watch and will hopefully find something similar at a later date. Was a good looking watch, not sure if I got a lemon on a bad run. Have multiple invicta watches. This is a first
I love buying my husband watches- the more unique, the better. Invicta had been on my radar, so when I had an itch to buy a watch I went looking on their website. I got him his "new favorite" watch at a fantastic price! Buying was simple and the processing/delivery time was great! Well done Invicta and thank you!
I received my Spider-Man watch. I was broken. I sent several responses about it and I haven't heard anything. This is disheartening because I've purchased so many watches from the Invicta store, the Invicta website and evine and never had any proble, I assumed that I was a valued customer, apparently I was mistaken. My concern is getting a replacement, refund or a repair. I love the watch, but it's useless BROKEN.
Sorry for the strong words, but I had more confidence in this company and it's so disappointing to receive such service.

I have been an Invicta patron/customer/fan for the last 15 years and currently own 10 Invicta watches. The value (quality + price) is outstanding. I also hate small watches! I have typically purchased from eBay and Amazon. This was the first time purchasing directly from Invicta. The order processing/prep time and communication were frustrating (and the reason for my experience rating).

This is the second time I have ordered from Invicta Stores. The first time I was very disappointed in their customer service. Representatives lied about order status and then made changes to my order without notifying me. I gave them another chance and this time I received the items I ordered in a timely manner. I now own 10 Invicta watches.
The price and quality are great but After purchasing watches an email with the shipping tracking number was not received. I waited a week for the shipping confirmation and was about to call customer service when the watches were deliver to my address, luckily I was home to receive them but they could of been stolen since i was not expecting a delivery.
The product and pricing are usually very good. The shipping time and delivery is where it could use some work. I imagine this is do to covid 19 but be prepared to wait a while for your product. Other than that I have nothing negative to say.
Extremely lovely shopping experience, I just have one problem, too many selections to choose from. LOL, one slight problem the women's watch that I purchased, the inner dials are non-functional, like the date, and day don't work it's just for show, my wife doesn't need a watch that has the date and day just for show, we actually need functionality in today's world.
My delivery did not come in time for Valentine's Day, I had no gift to give. I was assured the delivery would be here on time when I placed my order. It did not arrive until 3 days later. Very discounted. The product is fine but the process to get it delivered was not okay. I will not make another purchase.

Most of the watches I have received have been in original wraps, but a few have come with wraps removed - not sure if those were "store displays", but have always been happy with the watches, service, and value. I'm going broke saving money!

I believe I should not need to contact you to follow up on the status of my order. I think I should have been notified automatically by your company. When I called customer service I had to wait for approximately 40 minutes before my call was answered. I expected better customer service with your brand. Therefore, I rated the my experience a 3.
Very good and good price. Would have liked to speak to someone to confirm shipping arrival and to make this a gift but hours closed. I tried to call a couple of times during open hours and kept getting a recording which made me doubt the validity of the website. Order arrived and seems all is ok. I will use this website again.

I was only concerned that I didn't receive an order confirmation. I called the Sawgrass store and Angel took great care of me. She was able to reach Corporate and confirm the order. Everything went well with her efforts from that point forward. All good. Thank you!
You should consider changing the collection selector so that it doesnt go away every time a selection is made. Let it stay up so that additional selections or changes can be made.
I'm concerned that the watch may not work properly. I haven't worn it yet but I went through the very limited instruction manual and set it up correctly. I check on it every couple of days and so far have always found that the watch has stopped or that the time and or date is incorrect.
