While shopping for my grandsons first watch, the on-line photos/pics don't show the band or the back of the watch like on some others. I was disappointed with the band and the thin cheap looking cover that protects the movement. I own several other Invicta products and they have a really strong backing. Don't think i will buy another until i have had a chance tyo see the watch in its entirety like you demonstrate on TV
I only had one issue. Customer service took forever giving me a response to my emails. I love the watches and plan on getting more real soon. Just hope that this covid 19 stuff is out the way. My package took almost a month to get here. I paid for the express overnight shipping. I had to actually call customer service to find out why. No emails returned. No a good look but I did understand situation.
Your watch pins are very thin and weak. I won't buy another Invicta watch. Now I have to worry about the watch pins bending or breaking on all my other Invicta watches until I pay for thicker ones that may or may not fit the original bands.
The only thing I was dissatisfied is the fact that it was very late With very little description of why or when it would actually be delivered. I think they should have overcommunicated what was going on versus under communicating and creating an angry customer. And I love your watches and collect them
The site has a great selection of Invicta Watches at some great prices, unfortunately the deliver time is horrible. It make take up to 22 or more days to get delivered! There has never been a letter or phone call to explain or apologize for the delays.
First off it took way to long for my item to be shipped. Its taken that long befor and then was told something was out of stock. Why did it take so long to find this out? And right now i have one of your watches that the band fell off because of weak pins. And this watch that was delivered today is a Reserve piece but came in a regular box and packaging whats that about?
Ordering online was easy. Price was great. Arrived at my brother's house within a week after order was placed. Returned the watch for a replacement because the crown protector would not latch. Called Invicta Stores (invictastores.com) and the representative emailed a return shipping label for free return and replacement. Although would have preferred a watch with no issues, the customer service team provided first class support.

Shopping was easy and there were many selections to choose from. I purchased a male and female watch. The male watch was more than expected. It has a very awesome look, strong and sturdy. The female watch to me looked nothing like what was presented online. It didn't wow me like when I saw it on screen. I didn't send it back because I don't believe in sending everything back. So I will be keeping it and trying another selections at a later time.
Some of the watches are missing all and any protective plastic - they have small scratches on the casing and watch band, watches don't really look "New" - they look like display models or maybe customer returns
I purchased many different Invicta Pro Diver automatic Submariner "look alike" watches. They are very beautiful and a fraction of the price of a Rolex. I love them all. People think that it's a Rolex.
There's not much to say... I LOVE INVICTA watches. This order made my 98th Invicta. I've been collecting for about 7 years. The quality and style are second to none. The options and variations in design means I can have the same style (i.e. Venom), but have 5 of them (which I do) and they ALL look different... I love it.

I liked the look of the products online & being that they were marked down in price I thought I would make a purchase. After waiting for weeks for some type of shipping confirmation I finally received an email to find out the watch wasn't avail. After I had been placed my order so I was a little upset about that.
I attempted to order with my INVICTA card and the website would not allow me to do so. It kept prompting me to use my card but then wanted to send me an acess code, howeveer the phone numbers your have attached to my account are no longer valid. I tried to update them by calling the number you provided, however they could not help. They told me it is an issue on your website not on the card to contact you. This went on for 3 days and finally i decided to just use another card. Very frustrating.
Only two issues:
1) Time from order to shipment was about a month - longer than I expected.
2) Not Invicta stores fault; however, shipping via FedEx 'Signature Required' resulted in missed deliveries and ultimately placing a hold at FedEx location to acquire.
Otherwise, all else great!
Fairly good experience except for the website does not give enough description on the watches as far as if you can get replacement band pieces to make them larger that would be a major help. I need an extra pieces to make the band fit my wrist and I was told I could not get them for 6 months and I think that's terrible considering the amount of money I paid for the watch I think at least two maybe three links should be included with each watch especially for the price you pay for it
Although I did not end up keeping this watch because the watch band was too small for my artificial arm unlike the two Invicta Diver style watches that I currently own and love. In addition, the clasp on the watch band was tricky and hard to work. Not at all like my other two Invicta watches. I was very impressed by the prompt shipping and very easy return process when I was not satisfied with this particular Invicta watch. I will continue to be a fan of this brand.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
