I wasn't able to find affordable long term care insurance on completelongtermcare.com. Everything is way to expensive and I don't think it's worth it. I seems like I would be better off investing my own money and self-insuring rather than buying long term care insurance.
I signed up on this site and have been called by someone living in Beebe, Arkansas. How can someone from Arkansas (6 or 7 hours away) possibly help with a facility in Louisiana. I am confused.
LIfespace claims to have a culture program. Back-stabbing, negative behaviors are rewarded and Lifespace sweeps issues under the rug. When brought forward, it creates a "whistleblower" situation and wrongful terminations.
Made an appointment, was made to wait, wait and more waiting then was rushed along by someone who had no answers. No way would I put my parents in there.
They don't do the weeds in the common areas, in our Mobile Home Park in Chandler,
They say they have, but that is not true.
These weeds will become a fire hazard when they die out.
We got a $30 raise in our rent and they must be pocketing it instead of using it to take care of landscaping in our park.
They don't answer push button #2 for complaints.
The trash company they have for removing trash, AZROS, is undependable and they have done more damage in the park with our chain
Link fence, road signs, and oleanders by running into them, including a bulletin board and destroying it..
I submitted reviews for 2 nursing/rehab facilities both of which were honest evaluations based on actual experiences. The reviews were not positive. Both were rejected by caring.com and were not published! They were written in accordance with their guidelines as well. It appears that this website protects bad facilities by not publishing negative reviews about them so do not trust the reviews that you read!

Don't use this place they will take u to cleaners financially all they want is all the money they can get and they charge for every extra thing they can get away with not able to take care of residents that have extra issues I would never recommend them to anyone unless u have a ton of money prices doubled in year or so so just beware!
