Recently did business with insulation4less on delivery of my order it was one roll short, INSULATION4LESS sent me a replacement roll in less than a week, they were kind, caring, understanding. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM THEM The passion they show for customers is above and beyond any vendor out there Sincerely Fr ed
They shipped it within 24 hours and gave me tracking right away. Prices are the best I. The country. The insulation product was a perfect fit and is better in every way compared to spray foam.
My project is a 24X24 butler building in my back yard and I decided late in the process to add in floor radiant heat. I needed a product that was affordable, easy to buy and easy to install.
I ordered Prodex Total from Insulation4Less and the whole experience was exceptional. From ordering on line to receiving and then installing the product went without a flaw and the process was very timely. It couldn't get any easier.
I can't wait to finish my project and have those warm feet in the winter.
Dec 2016 Update. It's been a few months that I have had the heat on and the system is working phenomenally. It's 35 outside and I walk into my garage and it's a very pleasant 65. Just right for working on my project.
My old metal building was yucky. I knew I had to do something different on my new building so I ordered Prodex Total. It does exactly what the website says it'll do. I stay cool inside and I don't have a drip problem. That's what I wanted and that's what I got. I ordered 8 rolls and they arrived in a week. I plan on also using it in my crawlspace. We installed Prodex 10M insulation to our new post frame building after we lost our original one in the Dec 10th tornado that ravaged KY. This one is going to be our temporary home until we get our home rebuilt. We are confident this product will keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Our son also lost his shop in the tornado and is installing Prodex 10M in his new shop also.
I ordered and installed Prodex 5mm Reflective Insulation 24 inch in a 12x24 foot metal storage building with a wooden frame. The insulation came Federal Express in 4-5 days and was easy to install. I believe it will work well in this construction environment that probably wouldn't be appropriate for fiberglass batting which could suffer with moisture from the Sun on the metal exterior and the cooler temperature difference in the interior.
This company just wants to argue, we are still waiting for our order 2 weeks after placing our order and they said its our fault that the delivery company is holding our order hostage and hasn't delivered due to residential charge. I have the receipt that clearly shows from insulation4less own website that I not only selected residential delivery, but I paid the residential delivery fee. They then said that there is no fees for residential delivery on their website, Well then why is it on my receipt from their website? Rather than get to the bottom of the issue and have a civil conversation that could result in a long term customer spending lots of money with their company, insulation4less just keeps sending argumentative emails threating us if we file a charge back they would keep the product and our money, (which we never said we would do, but now we are now seriously considering a civil suit) buyer beware! Shady business practices. After reading many of their other reviews this seems to be a pattern with them. Wish I would have done more research.
I used this foil based insulation to cover the peaks of my two main attics and a porch. My first project was the porch and it became clear after starting the install on the ceiling that the product really worked. Just moving my head from under the foil exposed my head to increased heat. This lead me to also do the two attics. I stapled the foil to the rafters ensuring that I had air flow above from the lower vents in the soffett to the roof peak vent. I installed to large air intake grills on both ends of the attic and installed an attic fan to vent the space below the foil. The attics are much cooler in the summer, not mucn the warmer than the outside tempture.
Good product and would buy again.
Prodex is in my pole barn, the roof of my guest house and in my crawlspace. It worked great in my pole barn so I figured I'd use it in the other applications. It muffles the sound of rain and keeps it much cooler what used to be a hot guest house. I didn't want to deal with mold in the crawlspace which is the reason I used it there.
Works great
I insulated the roof of my house and pole barn. It's worth the money and then some. My main issue was heat. That's not a problem anymore. It's much cooler now. Thanks SE
I bought a 50x100 metal building las fall. The seller wanted me to install fiberglass but I saw your website and thought better of it. The vinyl over the fiberglass in my other building is flaking off. I got the Prodex 10M. I can tell the difference between the buildings. My new building is much cooler. I'm going to tear out the fiberglass and get some more Prodex to put in my other building. Order number *******
I ordered the 10M. It works well, seals well and looks neat. My primary concern was condensation and heat in my metal building. I give it 5 stars on improving my building on both of those things. I previously had fiberglass in the building but it started cracking so I certainly wasn't going to replace it with more fiberglass. I was in a hurry. Fortunately, Prodex Insulation4less shipped quick.
My next door neighbor used this radiant barrier all over their house. In the attic, garage, and outside storage sheds. I was very impressed with the temperature difference it provided.
I bought 1800 s/ft of it and did my attic. Wow. The temperature went from 140F+ to 100F (it's 100F outside). Then I used it to insulate the inside of my package A/C unit that is a little older; and the fiberglass insulations was falling apart in. The outside of the unit used to be cold to the touch from the cold air running through it (thermal loss). Now it's hot to the touch indicating that there is no thermal loss. Next I'm going to re-wrap all of the metal ductwork under the house. Hell I'd wrap the whole house in it if I could...
I have some of the "bubble wrap" type of radiant barrier from Lowes. Wow that is some cheap stuff yet it's more expensive. Go figure.
I find the Prodex Fast Action to be easy to work with on my roof installs. My customers are pleased. It's a quicker install than the regular 48 inch. It arrived in 2 days. Thanks Insulation4Less
Used the 6x100 to do two layers against the 2500 gallon water tank, then two layers of 2 4x8 foam board, two more layers of this 6x100 roll foil foam foil, then 3 more layers of 2 x4x8 on. Making the total insulation thickness 11 all with taped joints.
This was done on all 6 sides ( bottom, sides, ends and top.) causing a heat loss of 1 degree in 28 days. A NASA design, done with thermo couples between all layers.
Recorded. This is our MTS (mass thermal storage) of aprox 30,000 lbs for winter
Radiant heat stored. Max temp obtained was 172 degrees. (Radiant runs 110-130 degree. Abode in New Hampshire. All your hot water and heat. Replenished with a

Prodex works well in my pole barn application. I've ordered a few times and recommended it to my neighbors. Arrived on time and installed easily.
I was skeptical at first but I must say I'm pleased with the product and delivery time. I ordered the 24 inch and the 48 inch. It was flexible and installed easily in my crawlspace. I put the 24 inch inbetween my studs and the 48 inch below. Previously, I had fiberglass and a lot of mold. I'm sure that wasn't very healthy for me. I remember ordering on a Monday and was surprised to see them on my porch a couple days later.
Great product. Space saving and works. We use in our cabins in the mountains and all of our tiny home builds.
Customer service is great. Good folks to work with.

Prodex insulation is great!
The summer is heating up here in Southeastern Virginia, but my barn's NOT!
Great product.
Delivery right on time.
No problems!
I have a metal carport that I enclosed with walls and a floor. I needed a place to store stuff but was worried about condensation damage. Insulation value was secondary to me. I considered 1/2 inch rigid foam but it would not conform to the curves at the eves. Also, the space between the beams was 53" which meant it would look like a patchwork quilt if I used the drop-offs. The 48 inch wide rolls of Prodex Total White were a perfect option. I used a Gorilla construction adhesive and I griped well. I think the aluminum coating on the Prodex helped with this because it is hard to bond Polyethylene. I put beads at 9-inch centers and pressed the material against it, worked like a charm. You have to take extra care in aligning each section because once it is stuck it is impossible to reposition.
I have not had condensation on mornings when my other roofs do and you can feel the difference in the radiation effects in the daytime. I measured a 10 to 15-degree difference between the Prodex white surface and the bare metal roof. I am very happy with how the project turned out and highly recommend this product.
