I thought it's an online service where I can put my account credentials, Set and forget.
But apparently they told me I need to download an android app in order for it to work.
I told them I want a service, I don't wanna run an app on my mobile or desktop. I was asked for a refund, They ignore me since then.

Instazood was a great service! The bot functionality worked flawlessly, I had at one point 5 accounts set up.
Unfortunately after Instagram newest update, their system crashed... and the customer service could no fix it! They told me their team was working in implementing a new algorithm to their system. I think that was a lie.
Now their website is down, and I lost 70$ I had remaining in my account. If the the server ever go back. Look for other alternative.

Instazood was not my first choice to be honest, and I have used lots of automation before it. Just want to be totally Frank. It might sometimes face bugs but I always got them solved by ticketing a few times to the support staff. It is very unfair to say it is bad. I've been using Instazood for the past 8 months or so, and it has been invaluable to the growth of my accounts. However, around 2 months ago I was unable to connect my instagram account back with instazood. Although their bot is not working properly for getting followers and likes after Instagram changed its algorithm, I still use their schedule service for my posts. It is more convenient than Instagram's Facebook schedule tool because I don't need to sign in to Facebook to use Insatzood schedule post service.
It also publishes my posts automatically on time, unlike many scheduling services out there, which only remind you of the time you must publish a post (which an alarm clock can do for free).
The only flaw I can detect in it is that the program sometimes stops working and I need to refresh the page. Other than that, everything works perfectly.

I learned to use it last year thanks to a tutorial in Italian. Despite my bad English, I increased the number of followers by about 1000 a month and they are real followers, not other bots. But I'd like to understand more about how to adjust the limits because the unfollow doesn't work perfectly. Fast and useful customer service. I will continue to use it... if Ig will let me do it.

Very poor and expensive service. Inconvenient to use and ineffective. There are way better alternatives. Every time you log in you have to fight with their proxy (which works occasionally) to get access to dashboard. Then adding promos takes so much time and effort as you need to enter it one by one waiting for the popups to load. And after that you just watch the service skipping accounts all day for the money you paid. I got only 26 new followers in a month! And guys... Do some marketing research, the service is too expensive. I stopped using it and it was a waste of money and one month.

Don't know if it is because of the setting I figured in my account or it is a bot problem, Instazood is working somehow slowly on my account. My friends are getting followers more quickly than I using the same tool from Instazood. But I admit that the followers are real. They involve with my content and reply to directs the bot sends them. The increased number f followers also has increased my sales and this is what matters the most to me. But the speed problem remains there.

I have lost about a month doing what they requested to make this bot working right. I was asked many times about authorization, which was annoying, the bot wasn't liking the photos what was unnatural if someone comments and doesn't leave like. Customer support had no solution and we were running around doing the same things, expecting different results which is actually a madness
I was fed up with it and I moved to another bot, that was quite an amazing difference and I immediately asked customer service for a refund. Then total chaos.
They couldn't find my invoice, I showed them, sent them. I received a partial refund (40%), the rest of the money was still not refunded and I have been waiting for about 2 weeks now and still no refund.
Now, if you don't want to lose your time, patience, and money, I advise you to check other Insta Bots, there are surely better options but I don't want to advertise any, check by yourself.

Last time I used Instazood was about 2 month ago, and their Insatgram bot had crashed back then. All these two months I was looking for new bots out there, and I have tried almost every possible choice... none was as good as Instazood used to be once...
However about a week ago I returned to Insatzood to find out that they have added a new app to their bot that is getting the all working somehow...
Although the bot needs the proxy app be installed on your phone, it will give you extra troubles, but all in all I'm happy right now with the new app from Insatzood. Wish they make the app work better and faster.

Was sold on the idea of what they offer and bought credit to use on their site, which is fine. They when you go to access the content you have to download seperate programs which arnt compatible with my computer. So i request a refund. Apparently they dont control the funds so id need to emai/ apply for a refund with another company. Alarm bells are ringing.
They have no way of proving their offering works, they dont control the funds and cannot issue a refund.
This is a dodgy company - Stay AWAY.
NB - still havent been issue a refund, no emails, no messages, no form of contact in anyway.

To be honest I tried several Instagram bots that didn't work well and their support answered my email after 3 days which I decided to give up on them. All I needed was an Instagram bot to give me real Instagram followers and increase my engagement. After a period of not using any Instagram but and wasting time on following and unfollowing people, I decided to try another Instagram bot which was Instazood. Since I have started using it, I have gained a lot of real followers. I haven't used its other services yet, but I guess I would give them a try too.

I wish I had better things to say because my experience started off better than within a month the problems began. This service is always malfunctioning. I mean always! They will also easily get you blocked even when you use the app correctly. I tried changing the settings and still got blocked on Instagram. They were unable to find people to follow despite other apps having no issue doing so. Their customer service team will lie and do not work with integrity.

Using Instazood was by far the worst experience I have had when trying to grow my instagram community. First of all, I had to attempt to "add my account" multiple times so that in itself does not work properly. After inputting my instagram information multiple times, I then get an alert (via IG) notifying me that someone from the complete opposite side of the world was trying to hack into my page with my information. Literally RIGHT AFTER I added my log in information into Instazood. Before attempting to delete my instazood account, I clicked around the website to see if it would even do what it was supposed to. It doesn't. The other reviews are probably reviews that they had to pay for. Maybe my experience was apart of the 1% that this doesn't work for. But this is only my personal opinion obviously. Feel free to try the website on your own. Just don't get hacked ;)
Keeps telling me to delete my account whenever there is a glitch and to wait 72 hrs before re-adding it, done that for a few times, same old answer for different problems. To re-add your account you need a min $ balance, so basically you are forced to add a month to be able to use your remaining credit...
