Don't make the same mistake we did. This company should be shut down. My partner and I ordered an outfit from this place to wear to a wedding. It said delivered yesterday. It was never delivered. We went to contact the store and the email address they provided for customer service was BOGUS! The email came back as not delivered/ no such address. Now I'm out almost $50 with nothing to show for it.

I ordered a coat as a gift - took forever to arrive. I tried to cancel it, but was told it had already processed. I didn't even open the package - as soon as I finally got it, I jumped through the hoops of their return portal. Then another week and a half went by - you have to wait to hear from them to see if your return is approved. I again jumped through the hoops - paid to ship the coat back, tried to send them the receipt and tracking info. Shocker. Their website isn't accessible - message box keeps saying server not found. Do not make my mistake. I ordered the coat 2 months ago and the ordeal isn't over yet. This site forces you to rate the business - if I could submit my review giving zero stars, I'd do it - they don't deserve any.

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a dress and it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. The fabric looked cheap and it looked like some of the material was missing from the dress. I asked for a refund 2 days later after receiving the dress. I have been going back & forth with them for over a month now about my refund. They told me to wait for instructions via email before I return the dress. They never sent any instructions. I asked them several times and no one helped. Then I was told that my refund is being process & any delay is probably because of my bank & it takes up to 7 days. Its been 2 weeks and I still have not been given instructions on returning the dress. I clearly stated that in the email, I even asked for the return address still no help. I even tried calling the number which is a waste of time. This site is a scam!

Jumpsuit was literally just tried on, all tags, packaging etc. ALL original. They are quick to reply to you when you ask about the return policy, however they will not contact you back. Says you need your RMA and will have it within 2-5 business day, yet you never receive it. Therefore, you are now approaching their 30-day return policy so they just deny your return. Basically, you are stuck with an item that you can do nothing with, and they keep your money and you have wasted all your own time. Horrible way of doing busines - highly NOT recommended.

Buyer Beware of INS/Instastyled fashions. Their products arrive and are not as advertised (i.e. A coat I ordered that was described as "wool" was polyester). Workmanship is poor and shoddy and they have no viable customer service. They make you jump through hoops with no information readily available on how to return the terrible merchandise and then the big reveal: it costs more to return it than the merchandise is worth. This place is a scam and I should've known better. BEWARE of INS/Instastyled.

This company is fraudulent. You will NOT receive an item that looks anything like the picture on their website. You will also NOT be refunded your money when you try to return the item that is not what you ordered. Their website states easy returns which is incorrect and untrue. Their practice is that of thievery. I wish there was a rating of zero. Hopefully this helps someone else no lose their hard-earned money to a bunch of scammers.

I ordered the same outfit in two different sizes. They sent me what seemed to be the same size to each other, which neither one marked. And both were WAY TOO SMALL.

Then, they only give store credit, no address or barcode to return your items, and absolutely NO WAY to talk to a human being. I've been reaching out to them for a month and nothing. STAY. AWAY.

The clothes are very cheaply made and run very small. I attempted to do a return and was told I would receive store credit because I did not upload photos. I was never given the option to upload photos. It has been two months, several emails, and I still have not received my store credit.

This website is a scam. They send the wrong items and sizes and quality is garbage.
When i tried to return i can the run around and now its been 30 days. Never again will i order from this site. Scammers. These jeans dont look AT ALL like the ones i ordered in med. I got them in xXXXLarge and javket appeared to be faux leather and its the cheapest felt like cloth out there in thw world

I ordered the dress online and received it in the mail. Once I saw the quality of the material, I am mediately tried to send it back the next day the only way to do it was to send an email to the company and then they would except it or not, and then he would send pictures, and so forth from there, I tried to get a refund they said to ship it back it was $24 for me to ship it back. So long story short I never got my money back they never were willing to help me I would never do business with this company besides the horrible quality of the clothes

The dress was beautiful on line, the dress that arrived was a JOKE. Not only was the floral pattern different but the color was different too. I can not find ANY contact info to exchange or refund the item. RUN away.

I buy online allot.the product looked completely dissapointing in quality and fabric even style length not as promised or on picture.arriving 60 days later and now I cannot geta refund.this is a crap site 257usd was spent and lost.I'm very dissapointed.dont buy here.look at what was ordered pic 1.look what was receiced.pic 2.colour,length of garment, knit pattern all different.sad

It took 2 months to receive an item that I didn't even order! Wrong item, size and color! The fabric is cheap and it looked worn and used! I'm so disgusted with this site! Of course they're based out of China, but was using a California address! Scammers and frauds! Please don't waste your money ordering from them! Only received a star because it won't allow you to leave a review if you don't!

I wish I had read reviews for this business. The quality of every product I ordered was very poor, the sizing is not close to what I expected and customer service is ridiculous. The return policy is false. I completed the return request on the portal, added pictures and the only option was for a store credit minus $7 restocking fee for each piece. Unfortunately, I was trying to get outfits for an upcoming trip so purchased $168 because I thought I could return anything that didn't work. Lesson learned. I am likely out $168. Agree with other buyers... would not invest another dime in this business!

It took almost 2 months to get. The fabric is cheap and cheap looking. I ordered a size up, and it was still too small. Not just small but tiny. Awful, never again. Please don't waste your time and money on this site.

They sent me a dress in the wrong color. The dress look luxurious on their website but is thin and look like tin foil. Not only are they charging me restocking fee of $7, I have to pay for shipping back to them. Tried emailing them but got an auto reply with a link that brings me to the same standard return page. Tried calling them to but the line is forever busy. Worst customer service ever.

Nothing like pictures on website very poor qualities and cheap makes. I spent over $350 for 9 dresses, sweater and other clothes. I ordered small but everything fits like large in USA. They don't even provide return level. Such a waste of money

Buyer beware - don't order from this site! I had to give 1 star to add the review but it doesn't deserve any starts. I recently ordered what appeared to be "cute" clothes online. After several weeks, the fabric arrived - feels more like a shower curtain and sizing is way off. The easy return process is anything but easy and rather impossible unless you want less than half of what you paid. I asked to speak to a customer service contact and was told by a bot that it won't be available for some time. Still no refund and stuck with useless fabric. Save yourself some $, time and frustration! They need to be shut down!

As others have already stated, items received look absolutely nothing like the picture, then they refuse to honor their return agreement. "Return Portal" doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. Stuck with an item I would never wear and wouldn't want anyone else to wear either. Save your time and money - find a reputable company to purchase from. I'll be doing my research from now on before I purchase from a company I've never heard of.

My wife ordered three dresses for an upcoming wedding. None of them would be considered the size they were advertised as in the world I live in. Tried to return them within their 30 day timeframe and the "portal" showed them as expired. Further correspondence to rectify the situation has gone unanswered and the time has now passed. I wouldn't touch this establishment with a ten foot pole, and I have the distinct feeling that they are a scam. If not, they have a terrible business model and moral compass. Stay as far away as you can.
