I ordered a dress and the pictures vs the physical item are not as stated. I have requested THREE times a refund and sent photos per the request and still no reply on my refund. Funny thing is I was advised IF my refund is accepted I will be charged a restocking fee. I am not happy with the product or the customer service process. FYI order was placed 02-21-2022 and still no feedback.

Ive been trying to get an answer about my order. No reply. I havent recieved my order. And when if i get my order, hope it fits, if not, this company not provide returns instruction as far as free returns? Would like to know that. But not able to get any kind of answers.

I placed an order on September 3rd 2022 for an all white event. I paid extra for expedite shipping 6-8 days. One item wasn't available, I found out because of a partial refund on my credit card. The item arrived on September 21st 2022 after my event was over. I ended up going to the mall. The return process is a nightmare. The nerve of in store credit only a joke. I see why Amazon is winning.

The pictures are deceiving. The product is extremely poor quality. It arrived wadded up on a ball of tape & plastic. The material hurts when touching my skin. Unwearable product. Do not buy from Instastyled!

Wondered if it was a scam, because I've seen that one of Instastyled's products advertised is actually the dress model image that Redbubble uses for their generated A-line dresses, which wouldn't happen. A background has been added to the image. As a designer and user of Redbubble and Pinterest, I'm seeing a number of photos shown on those two platforms now advertised as their products for sale - not possible, so be cautious. I knew these were cheap clothes so I ordered large. I wear a 12 so I ordered an extra large and a two XL. My daughter is a four and she could wear the extra large. When I went to return them both it said I could only get store credit after their website said they have a moneyback guarantee. Do not buy from this company.

I have paid the price for not doing research on this company. Sitejabber where were you when I was going through hell with these "robots"? I can't say humans because you can never speak to a customer service person. I just opened a return item package. The dress was folded so much that I'll need to pay to have it steam ironed. I paid $16 to return a white suit that I had planned on wearing Easter. I ordered size 2x. The jacket was 2x but maybe a girls 2x. The pants were sent large. INS refused giving me a full refund. I never wore the suit (I couldn't). I have paid overall about $90 for a $30 dress. I chalk it up to me being dumb for not researching the company. Now, I can't find the company on the Better Business Bureau website. People, please do not be fooled by their website pictures. Do not order from INStastyled. Thank you for listening.

I am giving it one star merely because I have no choice. If I could give it zero I would. The clothes look absolutely NOTHING like the photos. Why you ask? Simple. They steal photos from real designers, with real quality work made with quality fabric, and attempt to recreate it with the absolute trash fabric. Resulting in you looking like you're walking around in a trash bag. They steal photos and lie about the product they will be delivering. Quite simple. Oh. And don't expect to receive it in a reasonable time frame that THEY themselves quoted you. Oh no. You'll get it far after you'll be expecting. What's that? You thought it would fit? Silly girl. It will barely go over your ankle because they measure in size barbie doll, baby doll and toddler. Those are your options. Expect professionalism and them getting back to you about your refund? Hahaha. Keep dreaming sweetie. This company is atrocious. Period.

To return an item you must go to Washington DC and get an act of congress passed to get a return mail tag! Awful and not customer friendly at all, they do not answer their phones and make it difficult to do business.

My mom bought a coat that she saw on Instyle. She finally got the coat. The size was 2x. The coat came in with white buttons. Who has whit buttons on a coat?! The size was not even a 2x. It fit me and I'm a large. The pockets were just flaps. These guys did a bait an switch. I told my mom only buy from QVC or HSN. These people are a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I AM DISAPPOINTED AS HELL!

Please people do NOT order from this sham of a company! I ordered a dress and I received the ugliest one you could even imagine! This sham of a company takes your money and sends you something YOU never ordered. And will NOT return phone calls OR e-mails. I can't tell you how many times I tried getting in contact with them. Writing bad reviews on them is my ONLY recourse. I'm livid! And you WILL be also people if you order from this company. Take all the bad reviews, and BELIEVE THEM!

This is an awful company with zero integrity. I ordered a jumpsuit for my daughter. What arrived was atrocious. Pic included. They refused to adhere to their return policy so I am out $70.00

Sending trash to my house instead of clothes I thought I ordered.
Their do called mystery box was a bag of balloons!
When asked for refund they offered store credit.
Crooks, deceiving...

MADE A MISTAKE IN PURCHASING THIS DRESS. IT SAYS SEQUIN DRESS, IT IS NOT NEAR CLOSE TO THIS. I PICKED GOLD AND SILVER WAS SENT. IT IS MADE UP OF GLITTER THAT FALLS EVERYWHERE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE COMPANY IS MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR BUYER AS THEY DONT WANT BUYER TO USE "Please send the item(s) back to us through a local mail office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX."

Placed order more than 2 weeks ago, received email stating delivered, never received, am not able to contact anyone, sent emails, left voice messages and still no response, reporting to BBB, And anyone else that will hear me.

This jacket is the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen. Trying to return the item has not been user friendly and after spending almost $34 including tax and handling, by the time I pay the return postage I will have spent over $40 and have only about $20 left on a store credit. The problem with a store credit is that not only do I have to pay another shipping fee, but there is NOTHING I WOULD EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN! I just wasted $40.
