Not only did they send me the wrong product, but they also refused to refund my money. They offered me store credit for more of their messy things. I paid for expedited shipping, which states receipt within 7 to 8 days. I received the items about 15 days later. As if. Also, the quality of their products is cheap and, in no way, shape or fashion resembles what their model is wearing. If I could score a negative 1, I would do so.

I ordered 6 outfits. Spent money on expedited shipping. Emailed them multiple times with no answer. Arrived over a month and a half later! 5 of the 6 outfits were utter crap in terms of quality. Tried to process a refund, NOT POSSIBLE. Only returns for store credit. Sent 4 emails to ask for help. No answer. Will never ever use them.

I ordered 5 pieces but only 1 was OK in quality and size. They took a long time to arrive which I can accept but the quality was poor and the sizes much to small. I tried to immediately return 4 pieces but it just sent me confirmation about my return request and nothing else happened. Lost all my money.

Every time I was asked about my orders no one ever responded back to me. If you people wanna do business you should be real. Don't take people money and walk away. Kept on sending me email but no one response about my questions. I order since august before I went away for my holidays in September. I have returned to Australia since October 6th and now nearly November!

I purchase a white shirt the material was very cheap. I probably could have purchased that shirt for five dollars, the material is nothing like the picture I will never shop with them again I believe it's coming from China.

This company has false advertisements all through their website. None of the clothing look like anything on there. PLEASEEEEE DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM, I learned the hard way read the reviews to see for yourself their clothes SUCKS I give them a zero star not even a 1/2 star. Worst business ever I've done with online. Will unsubscribe them to send me advertisements on my email now that I have received these cheap looking blouses.

Such a bad experience! Slow delivery, terrible products and now they want me to pay to return the items to Canada (which you don't know when you order) and they never answer calls, messages or emails. Terrible

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 items-- 1 arrived defective and the other never arrived. I emailed Customer Service who directed me to the Return Portal on the website but the portal rejected my request because I ordered a non-returnable item. I reached out via email again to say that I just wanted a non-defective replacement and the 2nd item which I never received. I was directed back to the Return Portal which again (of course) rejected my request. I emailed a few more times and received no response. On my last email inquiry, I was told they can't give a refund because it has now been over 30 days since my purchase. Calling the toll-free number redirected me to a different toll-free number that just hangs up after a few rings. AARGH!

If I could give less than 1 star I would- terrible company aweful service ripped me off 140.00 returned garbage dress- followed all instructions given by rudest person via email & never got reimbursed sent out multiple emails with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is a fraud. Worst service ever. Package arrives after 1 month. Cheap cheap cheap material and wrong sizing. They refuse to make things right. Do NOT buy from instastyled online fashion.

The order I received was not pictured. It looked awful and was a terrible fabric. The sizing was all wrong, and I used the size chart. Then, I sent several emails with someone about the return because their "online return portal" didn't work for me. They just stopped communicating with me, so I sent them a notice and all the info for my return in the email. Now they are saying they won't accept my return because I did it wrong. So the fight begins. Calling customer service now. This is just not worth the bad service and low quality items.

This company is a joke and I fell for it. Everything about the dress I ordered was horrible: the fabric, the size was wrong, it looked nothing like the photo. And now they won't return my emails or phone calls. I want my money back, who would want store credit from this place. Keep away!

Please do not waste your time purchasing from this place. Is a scam of clothing company. They probably spend all their money in paying models to show their "fake clothing" not sure for the shoots they put on the models better material but what you receive is garbage. The jumper I received was see through that how thin the material was. They even make it so difficult for you to return. Also notice that they don't have any reviews on their clothing because their pieces are garbage. They don't want people to be deterred right away. Like me I didnt realize that sooner and I have been going back and forth with the customer service people to give me a refund. The minute I received the item I knew it was not what it was advertised. I immediately contacted them to begin a returned. I have yet to get it resolved. Don't waste your money

I cannot urge you enough! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The product is garbage. Do not let the images on Pinterest, or anywhere else fool you. Ordered a jacket. It reminds me of my first Jr. High School project. Honestly. The sewing is a joke! The material is a joke! The left side of the collar is smaller than the right. The cuffs are uneven. The stitching is unraveling in multiple areas. The buttons are barely sewn on. It's coming from China. Don't let the American models fool you. This should be illegal. It's misleading, and they know it.

I wish I read the reviews before flushing $54.00 down the drain. I wouldn't have paid 50¢ for this product.

Ordered a white chiffon dress waited for 4 weeks. When it arrived it is square white piece of cloth not even a chiffon. You should be ashamed to run a business like this scamming people what goes around comes around.

Do not order from this site! Poor quality and I asked for refund on two dresses. One dressed had a snag and the other dress had a white substance stain on it. I sent pictures and they still gave me a store credit. I don't want any of this cheap $#*!. I want my money! I would use store credit for my...#pitifull

Do not buy from this site. Bad quality, Items sent are not what you ordered. You try to return. Get the run around and they charge you restock fees of $7 per item to return. Not worth the hassle. They are scammers don't buy from this site.

It took over a month for the order to arrive and when it did the hoodie had a huge manufacturing flaw, see photo. It looks like solvent dripped and ran down the front of the graphic! Now fighting to get a refund since to return the item would cost me a fee plus shipping!
