Very poor quality. Don't waste your money scam site. Ordered a hoodie received a pullover. Material on another item was advertised as suede look and was actually felt awful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a beautiful dress and received what looks like a child's play dress. They are charging me a restocking fee of $7 and only offering a store credit. Biggest crock of $#*!.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. They are a scam. I only spent $57 and that to me is money but thank goodness it was just $57 and not more because they claimed to deliver my package and it was no where to be found. Horrible customer service, out of the 10 times I emailed, they responded only once, yet their website states they respond in 24 hours. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this place.

I ordered a dress on 8/8 for my 40th high school reunion on September 10th. I received the order on 8/27, almost a month later and it was the wrong dress. I tried to reach out to 2 different phone numbers that were provided but neither of the work, so I sent them an e-mail and they state for URGENT ISSUES send them an e-mail and they will respond within 24 hours. Needless to say, NO RESPONSE. Crickets... I am returning the wrong dress that they sent me for a refund and will never order from them again.

I Ordered a Dress that I found that I Loved. When I received the Dress, it was nothing like the Picture.
To me it was a Knock Off and Poorly Made. I wanted to return the Dress. The Customer Service did respond with directions but it did not work. I followed the directions to return it and it just went to the site to see all the Items they sell. I have sent several more e-mails with no response from them. I guess I am stuck with a Dress that I do not want. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Just look at the Picture and you can see how poorly it is made and nothing like the Picture of the Dress that they are suppose to be selling. It's Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! The quality is cheap and the customer service is a joke! I attempted to return my order the same day I received it and was asked to take a photo of it and post it to a portal for review. The review took and while and you have to go back to the portal for a response. The portal indicated my return was ineligible but did not explain why. When I attempted to call, you only get a VM informing you to e-mail or call another number that does not work. When you e-mail, you get an automated response saying the same thing (post return to portal OR your refund has been processed).

AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I AM SENDING THIS MESSAGE AFTER I READ MY REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE, MORE LIES, I DID NOT PUT 5 STARS ON MY COMPLAINT, WHY WOULD I GIVE THEM THAT WHEN THEIR CLOTHES ARE STRAIGHT TRASH. HERE WE GO AGAIN, ANOTHER SCAM. AS I SAID IN MY STATEMENT I WOULDNT GIVE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY A 1/4 STAR, ZERO STAR!

If you wanna return an item it's impossible they send you emails trying to negotiate and tell you not to return it and they'll give you half that of your money and if you want to sell it to somebody else or you kidding me this is not negotiable it said a 30 day guarantee refund and they're not good customer service it takes them forever ever ever ever to and it's only by email I asked them to call me they don't call you and then they have a phony phone number it hangs up on you this is so fraudulent I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau do not buy anything from this Company big mistake!

I found this dress which look stylish and I ordered it on September 22 and I got it on October 5. The tracking was not updated in a normal fashion. It would say things like left destination airport or arrived at destination airport but it wouldn't tell ya what city or what state. So I finally get it today in the mailbox and that's how small it was, Small enough to put the entire address in a regular mailbox. The package that came in was probably about 9 inches long by about 4 inches wide and they had taken the yes dress and head rolled it in a circle to mail it to me. The first thing I thought was there's gonna be wrinkles everywhere and I was going to use it for a wedding on October 8 and I needed it altered. I unrolled the dress and even though the description says polyester there is a partial inside liner that is the polyester, the rest of the dress is made out of the material that you make a Halloween costume out of, it was awful. So even if I were to wear this this would be a one time dress because you can't wash it. I wish I would've checked the reviews before falling for a fake picture. They don't answer the phone because I immediately went to call them and then they said they don't answer the phone but if I needed to speak with them they listed another phone number and I called that phone number and that phone number is not in business. They offer an email option and I emailed him and told him I wanted my money back. So now I am three days away from the wedding without anything to wear because of this idiotic fake company.

The "coat" I received didn't remotely resemble the picture of the item. Piece of crap, with of course all CSR "busy" and no response.

Jacket I ordered took one montha to arrive. It was way too small and the tag had been removed. Tried to return, but it came back labeled 'return to sender'. "If I had a rocket launcher".

I ordered 2 Maxi Dresses from INS (INSTASTYLE). Honestly, the photographs of them on the website looked beautiful, BUT, when I received them the quality of the fabric was cheap as was the construction of them. When I requested how to return these pieces of CRAP to them, the process was unbelievably difficult. Instead of following their ridiculous return procedure, I opted to just return them as I did not want them in my possession any longer than necessary. This so called company is a SCAM!
As far as rating this company there isn't a score low enough.

I ordered a dragonfly shirt with WARRIOR written on it as I am a cancer survivor and liked the shirt. I was sent a shirt with a butterfly and FAITH written on it. I am not religious and have no use for this shirt! NOT EVEN ONE STAR IS DESERVED BUT MUST CLICK ONE! They made the mistake as my order form said and shows a photo of what I ordered was correct. THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE, THEIR RETURN POLICY WILL ONLY ISSUE A CREDIT TO THEIR STORE.
I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS MUCH TROUBLE TO GET THE PRODUCT I ORDERTED AND PAID FOR! Also do not order the bonus back for $10 as they say $30 dollars of product... HAHAHAHAHAH I received the cheapest necklace that would have come from a bubble gum machine, not worth the $10 what a joke to say it is a $30 product!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS RIPOFF COMPANY EITHER. HOW DAR YOU STEAL MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
