This company is instastyed is a scam company that steals your money and lie to you about sending your items. They don't have a working phone or anybody to talk to. This company needs to shut down completely for fraud. I recommend NOBODY SHOULD EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY INSTASTYLED THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY!

I order a jumpsuit, and was sent the wrong Jumpsuit. The jumpsuit was not the jumpsuit that I ordered instead I was sent a jumpsuit that looked very cheap and distastetful. Please Please DONOT order from this company. They advertise high end clothing but in reality you are sent something that you did not order. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

THIS COMPANY IS VERY FRAUDULANT! I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY OVER 20 TIMES. THE NUMBER THAT IS ON THE VOICEMAIL DOES NOT WORK. THE EMAIL SYSTEM IS BEING CONTROLLED BY AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM! I ORDERED 2 DRESSES. THEY DID NOT FIT. THE QUALITY IS VERY POOR. THE SIZING IS TOTALLY OFF. I AM TRYING MY BEST TO GET A REFUND! I HAVE SENT A TOTAL OF 50 EMAILS LITERALLY. I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Quality is extremely poor. They don't refund, they give you a credit that you don't want AFTER you pay to ship back to CANADA. DO.NOT.BUY!

I bought 2 dresses and the quality is so cheap. Do not waste your money. They are nothing like the photo.

A straw hat, blazer, shorts and a dress shipped in a 6X6" ball and every item was damaged, poor quality and not wearable at any level! They were going to charge me $7.00 per item to return. After several emails with photo attachments, I continued to get auto-reply emails sending back to their "return portal" that was charging $21 to return damaged goods they spent maybe $5 to ship in the first place. I filed a dispute with my credit card and my account was credited the same day. Instastyled's business plan is to ignore the return policy they post on their website, and frustrate their customers so much that they give up. While I am a bit embarrassed that I even ordered anything from this company, I refuse to let scammers get away with scamming. For those reading this after they have placed an order with InstaScamstyled- take lots of pictures, document in a timely fashion, communicate in writing(never call customer service or believe anything they say), and take screen shots of portal communications and messages. As it turns out, I didn't have to provide any of this documentation to my credit card company, but all credit card companies are different. Again INSTASTYLED is an online FRAUDULENT SCAM!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered items to wear on vacation, and they were delivered while I was on vacation. But that's not the worst part. I didn't get what I ordered, and the sizes were ridiculously smaller than advertised, and if they had been delivered on time, I wouldn't have worn them in public. The material is 99 cent-store cheap. Ugh. Five days after I ordered, I hadn't received a notice that my order was being processed, or was shipping, or anything to make me think it was too late to change my mind. I read the reviews from others and almost threw up because I knew I had made a mistake. I emailed Instastyled and asked that my order be cancelled. They said if my order had been processed, the could not stop it. I had nothing from them to prove that it had, or was being processed. I ordered on 7/13/22. Asked for a cancellation on 7/18/22. Items were delivered on 08/03/22. In my opinion, this place is horrible. I tried to upload pictures, but wasn't able to add them.

Please do not order anything from this site. They are a fraud. The items you will receive will look nothing like the website

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They have given me the run around for over a month now. I have sent "Amanda Lang' continuous emails asking for the full refund. I have given them proof (by the way you have to take pictures of the items you want to return and download each item, they have to approve your return, then they send you a generated msg that's redundant) that they had indeed received the merchandise that was not only returned, but sent certified, where someone would have to sign for the package. SOMEONE there in their building did sign for receipt of the package. Extra work - I had to go back to the post office to prove that they had gotten the package. Their clothes are a terrible fit, and made of cheap quality material. Don't waste your time ordering from this cowboy, no name company. 'Amanda Lang" Customer support has not responded since I sent her proof that they had received the clothes. She is yet to give me my money back. Customer service is absolutely awful. Don't waste your money as they wait until the 30 days have past knowing very well they wont be able to find the tracking number as it is not in the system. Like said, they intentionally give you the run around waiting for the 30 days to pass. With all the crap. "Let me take my time to respond to emails." That, by the way is customer support. You can't call a fake number as they know very well no one is ever going to answer excuse afterhigh call volume, leave a msg and someone will get back to you in 48 hrs. 'Not'. However, I sent the package back to 'Instastyled" certified and SOMEONE there had signed for it. With that, I give them a 0, can't go wrong there.

Do not purchase from them. The quality of clothes and customer service is AWFUL. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! CLOTHING IS CHEAP KNOCKOFFS. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS GARBAGE! YOU HAVE TO PAY A STOCKING FEE AND YOU PAY TO RETURN IT, SO BASICALLY JUST GIVE IT TO GOODWILL INSEAD!

Horrible experience, garment not as expected. A piece of EXPENSIVE GARBAGE. A total RIP OFF. A great mistake!
