The site was great and easy to navigate, but we learned that a close family friend could perform these lookups for us for free and with more detail. As such, I needed to cancel my subscription within the trial period. Note that the 7-day trial is 168 hours (7x24), so at about 170 hours (not midnight), the systems enrolls and charges for the first full month.
Rhea was empathetic, professional and knowledgeable when I called. She quickly understood my issue and knew exactly how to solve it. Clear and easy to understand, she first gently encouraged me to remain a subscriber, and then afterI declined, she processed my refund without pressure or making me feel bad.
