Trying to help find the owner of a vehicle who committed a robbery and this site said it would give owner's name if I paid a dollar. It just gives me the info a person could obtain from a basic VIN search (and didn't even get all of those details correct).

When I purchased the $2.95 service it said "unlimited searches" for one week. Only after I have messed around with it to learn its best use do you tell me I actually only get 10 searches per month. If the only information I could access was telephone number and address, if available, then how might there be any value in a search where I am required to have that information in order to perform a search?
I took the 12 months only because I have more searches to do and I now know that I only get 10 per month.
