I was buying a vehicle from someone who did not have the title and wanted to verify that they were the registered legal owner of the vehicle. I thought $2.95 at 8:00 p.m. was a better option than waiting till the next day to go to a tag agency and pay three times as much. But apparently not because the report generated for the VIN number showed owners that have never been registered on that vehicle and don't even live in the state to the vehicle currently exists. I don't know if the wrong information was researched or if this website just sells a crap product. But I won't be back!
