The outfit front looks as pictured online but the back is plain and fabric looks cheap it's like 2 different outfit when you compare front and back of it

Highly unprofessional. Worst customer service experience ever. Placed an order for Diwali, firstly Chander Sharma from #indianweddingsarees contacted me WhatsApp and told order got cancelled as I was busy was not able to pickup his call, he kept calling I had to told him to stop calling and send email, which he didn't. Then when I emailed to check the order status, I was told that I will get the order by 22nd October. After several follow up I was assured that will get by 25th October by Abhishek Prasad from Indian wedding. Yesterday when I sent another email to check the status, no one bothered to respond. Then Rahul Chaudhary told me don't worry it will be delivered but the same end results. They are just fooling there customers. Nobody till date owned the mistake or apologized so arrogant. The suit was spot on with plenty of allowance in the arms and legs if you have short arms and legs! The Mojo slippers however were very flimsy and the heels fell off within 1 hr of wear!

Ordered four sarees on May 26 and received (Qatar) on 16th June after a long struggle. The quality is ok. We had placed order for four and one was not in stock so they said the amount will be credited in our account with them. I did not want this and asked to refund the amount to my account (India) and on June 11th I was told the amount has been refunded to my account. Until this date (28th June) I didnt get the refund and I am waiting for their reply. Honestly, I am not happy with their customer service and decided not to order any cloths online. The quality is not that good and the delays are more. I am hoping to get the refund, if not need to take this matter to other direction.

I ordered multiple suits from the Indian wedding saree as they advertised assured Eid delivery. From day one I have had nothing but bad experiences. First I received a text from them along with an email stating that the advertised design isn't possible for them to make, and wanted me to approve something that I had no idea about. I asked them to show me a picture of what design is possible and they sent me a picture couple of days later. After seeing the picture I gave them an okay stating that I do want the length of the shirt short, as it was in the picture and they said yes. But when I received the item, it was nowhere close to the picture and the length was longer! Then they email stating the sleeves for my other suit isn't feasible as shown in the picture and wanted me to approve for a much simpler style. When I asked them why would you advertise something that isn't possible, they replied stating that making the specific design will take them seven to eight days. To be clear, it was just bell sleeves ( not sure why bell sleeves would take that many days to make) This is the second time they did this, and now I am wasting my time corresponding with them. They do fake advertisements and when they say assured delivery, that means another fake promise. I would be better off spending my money on another website like Cbazaar or something local to my area. Because of them, I have a feeling my Eid would be spoiled!
