The team is nice and professional. They have returned me $125 back on my credit card.
This makes up the cost of fixing the blouse.
It took many weeks, and lots of emails. Lots of haggling from $30 upto $125.
If this was my business, I would not make my customer go back and forth so much. However i really appreciate the service team. Their emails were always polite and respectful.
As mentioned previously to them, if they had paid back even 50% of what it cost me, I would have completely deleted my review and replace with a shiny 5 start review. So I cannot delete old review but definitely want to mention that the team emailing me has been very polite.

They have finally offered me $125 to compensate for what I paid to get blouse repaired. I will also update this when I get the refund.
I do wish they had refunded me at least half the cost and I would have completely deleted this thread to replace with 5star reviews, and continue to shop with them in future. But I am again thankful and recognize their effort.

So after many emails back and forth, I have been offered $100.
They offered to replace my saree at no cost but the event has already passed so it would be useless.
They also offered to return my saree money but not the customs duty charge which is about $140 so that is useless.
I asked them to pay be $125 only for the cost that I paid additionally to repair the blouse - not for the saree pleats which my mom helped me for free of course... but they have offered to pay $100 in exchange for the updated review.
I will update it further once I am paid.

EDIT - I have lost several hundred dollars and they are asking me to change my order for a refund of $30. This is so shady and unprofessional. I am not here to make $30 for a saree that cost over $500 including the cost of saree, stitching, and customs duty. These people are very irresponsible and just looking to fix their mistakes with $30 refund. The blouse is a joke and completely wasted. The measurements were completely off and they stitched it to someone else's size.
I had a great experience last year. So I decided to order a more expensive banarsi silk saree for a wedding. With stitching and delivery and customs duty, it cost me $500 Canadian dollars. The blouse was stitched much shorter than my size, the sleeves were much wider than my size. They also made 2 inch slits on either side of blouse!
The worst part was the pleats. There were 3 pleats that were all stitched with one stitched on top of each other. Last time it was stitched correctly and pleats were spread over the width of 1 hand.
I have to open and literally restitch the pleats. So bad experience.
Material is nice. Stitching is so bad. They know no one will come from Canada after spending over $500 so they just stitched a clown show and mailed it. I had to get everything opened and make it wearable.
