Following a shaky start when I initially received a sherwani of a size too small, they were extremely helpful in replacing it with a replacement garment of the right size with an extremely fast turnaround. The replacement garment was perfect!
Quality and fit was perfect but the website photo was misleading and I thought the vest and shirt was one piece or even both was included with the order. I was disappointed to find out it was just the vest and couldn't find the shirt pictured that had the same pattern so bought plain white shirts.

The colour of the sari shown in the photo is completely different to what i received. It shows black and yellow. But it is olive green and yellow. The hanging in the pallu is also missing. Overall saree looks quite different to the picture

Stitching of the outfits is in a very very bad quality. Metaril of the outfits is not good. Processing of the outfits instructions online was not very good either. I didn't received my outfits on time.

I am very disappointed to say even after mentioning that this sari that I placed an order with you is for my wedding I received a sari which the pallu was torn and stitched or darned. How can I wear something like this for my special day. And I have to tell you this I have seen in another Indain website exactly the same sari with same picture for more cheaper price after placing the order with you. I am so pissed off. I bought matching outfits for all of my family. Order placed on sep 24th and tentative delivery date was 4th October. Some of order just delivered on October 9th and other order status is still unknown since it is out of stock. Seriously! Every time, they have different answer for my remaining order and today I was informed I will get detail update on Monday. What does that mean? When I asked "When will it be delivered?" He said " we don't know since it is out of stock?. If we don't deliver we will give you 10% store discount for next purchase". SERIOUSLY! I don't want any store credit. Received my saree which did not look like what I ordered.
Apart from the colour, the saree has just gold work while I expected Silver/Gold Sequence and Moti work as shown in the attached 2nd photo.
Furthermore, the material described as Banarasi Silk doesn't seem like what I received.
The print on the saree is also different from what is shown.
The order had an estimated shipping date was April 9,2024, but after a couple of inquiries, it was shipped on April 21,2024.
I feel disappointed because if I knew that the saree would be changed, I would have ordered something else.
Now I am contemplating if I should order anything else, or even recommend IWS to anyone.

Satisfied with the product and the the fitting of the blouse
I ordered 3 items on August 25,2023 and the website indicated 7 days to ship. The order was processed on August 30th. The item shipped on Sept 12th.
They held the items for 3 weeks in order to save shipping costs to send as one pkg when last item was ready. I contacted them several times to let them know I was traveling for a wedding in NYC on Sept. 19th and provided my travel date. I asked the items to be split up and was denied.
My package was ready for courier delivery to my home by Fedex international AFTER I had boarded my flight (6 hours). I paid custom duties in advance to prevent shipping delays and never got to wear the items as intended.
Luckily I had found similar items through Amazon. I will never order with this company again. It was a waste of $245 CAD.

I got a pricier lengha (>$160 USD) and it was exactly what the picture showed and very good quality with more pearl detailing than I imagined. Before I got a lengha for around $100 USD and the actual result was different from the given picture so I didn't like it as much (ex: the designs were not as concentrated in certain areas so less maroon than gold). I feel the more you spend, the closer your result will be to the picture provided.
Very happy with the 3 salwar suits that were stitched and sent on time. Products similar to what was shown. Will definitely order more outfits in the future.

I ordered 6 dresses from this website even though I found the same dresses cheaper elsewhere. The reason I ordered from this website was their promise to deliver before eid. With stitching charges it came to over 600 dollars Canadian. On the website it said they will arrive before eid. I spoke to their customer service who couldn't even make sure it comes before eid. I had 2 dresses that came late. Will never order from Indian wedding saree again.

My order arrived later than promised. I had to bug the company so that the outfit be created & shipped so that it would arrive in time for the Sangeet for which I needed it. Upon arrival, I was happily surprised that the outfit actually fit, because Indian Wedding Saree did make it to the measurements I gave them.
