India mart suppliers mostly cheater froud they done payments in advance and product never ever delivered complaint against seller to indiamart executives they just formalises like tickets number and close service

I ordered my stuffs from K&M International Inc, Vadodara. We communicated and agreed on the availability of goods. Once the payment was made the supplier started showing his true colors. No stock and offered alternate product. I agreed to what he offered and trusted him but he sent all different colors and sizes which are of no use to me. In total I lost $1000 and I don't recommend IndiaMart and neither K&M International Inc. They are all cheaters.

They will suck you in with several small transactions then when you think you can trust them you up the quantity to get a better price they tell you some bull crap about they were hacked and your money is gone. Now understand IndiaMart is kind of like Ebay they only provide a platform for sellers. When I approached them they agreed to refund my money then as usual they stopped responding to my emails. They blame Covid like everybody else however I get shipments from India almost everyday so that's BS. You may get a couple of things from these crooks but never go above what you aren't willing to lose

Indiamart has no customer database. Small business like traders has no profit in listing with indiamart. Avarge call are 1.6 per day. Whivh is not fixed client. Apart from this Indiamart employees are asking to get commissions when they bought any customer for us. I am totally disappointed. Employee name Mr. Krishna from jaipur. He is not picking call since 15 days. When he came for listing he promised me to get good deals and training. But after that he wont pick my calls. Just dial is better than this.

I am a registered seller on Indiamart. This is the 4-5th time since last week, I got fake inquiries. Such a bad service from Indiamart and you guys are trying to sell more expensive plans to the sellers like us! Why should I pay for this worst service from Indiamart. Indiamart don't have any algorithm by which it can post only real leads. India mart just know how to steal money from sellers like us. First of all Indiamart is selling same leads to the hundreds of sellers which is crime and cheating with us. Secondly Indiamart don't have even good algorithm to remove fake enquires. I will surely stop paying this cheater company. 30k has been paid to them and get very few genuine lead. 95% leads are fake, buyers will say that they just cheacked the product, don't need.

I lost 81k. I had ordered a drone initially from one of the suppliers at India Mart. Initially he quoted 30 k and then asked for a custom charges of 35.5 k, with no other option I payed that as well. After a day or two he asked me to pay for another 15.5 k as the shipment was stored and I ended up paying for it as well. I waited for a week and din receive the package and called India Mart customer service, but they refused from to answer my queries, seriously please don't buy it at India Mart.

Com is a Fraud, Cheater and cyber crime Platform, do not by or sell any other wise you will lose total your money and amount, at 17 april 2023, i ordered for some computer partts and for that i payed Rs. *******, after transfer the money seller is not responding and not sending my purchased items till now, i lost Rs. ******* of my hard earned money, i contacted IndiaMART. Com customer care number, and emailed them all proof but they are not ready to help me any way, my all money was deducted via gateway of IndiaMART. Com... so i am requesting you from every person please don't purchase anything from IndiaMART. Com if you don't want to lose your hard earned money...

Do not try to purchase ANYTHING from this website. Do not do business with Sun Pharma, they try to pull a scam. If the vendor tries to get you to pay for additional products to make the order big enough to ship, if they demand that you pay additional money for shipping, if they try to modify the order in any way, you know you will never get your product. Indiamart is a scam site hosting scam businesses. Indians are disgusting and dishonest.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. IndiaMart is a referral service for other companies. Using IndiaMart, I was contacted by a company named Divine Cure and made an order. The order was not packaged or labelled properly so customs sent it back. I tracked the order and after it was returned, asked the vendor what they were going to do. They denied that I ordered it and said they would never use India Post. I had tracking info from India Post so I knew this was a lie. They stole my money. Going online, I saw that IndiaMart had a complaint and resolution process. I gathered my materials such as screen shots showing the IndiaMart connection, invoice, communications and tracking info and made a complaint. IndiaMart asked for the same information over and over and over again. They obviously never looked at what I sent. Then they said they have no responsibility and only introduce customers with vendors. It is clear they allow scammers and thieves to use their service to operate and their so-called complaint and resoultion srvice is a scam. This makes IndiaMart scammers and thieves as well. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AND THE VENDORS THAT USE THEM.

Never take their paid services! They charge for fake lead and leads are not verified also one lead shared with 10-11 sellers at once! For this fake service they charge huge amount!

Indiamart is the worst business experience and have no concept of integrity. They support sellers who are unprofessional. A " trusted" seller contacted me to sell a machine i needed. I live in Bombay and the seller was in Pune. I visited on their invite to see this machine and on reaching the seller " did not feel like unpacking" the machine I needed to buy. I contacted Indiamart after this trusted seller did that to a customer who trusted indiamart. They said they won't do anything. Really hope every genuine buyer stops using their service. They take money from sellers to list and let them act as unprofessional as they like with no measure to protect a genuine buyer. Pathetic service.

I wrote to the CEO who is as indifferent and obviously supports this lack of morals. Leaders say a lot about a company.

I bought paper plate making machine and 2 cotton wicks making machine through the contacts shared by India mart amounting to 6 lakhs. But I received 2nd hand refurbished machines from all 3 sellers. Out of which one was sorted out through police complaint. Rest 2 non functional machines worth 2 lakhs I had to file case at consumer court. No response from the sellers. Pls don't trust india mart and the sellers information provided by them. All are fake. You will only loose money

I found a supplier on indiamart.com. Name: Leo nutriscience in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. They took my deposit for an order I placed and refused to communicate with me after they received the money. India mart.com customer service asked for a registration number. I have contacted over 12 sellers on indiamart.com and NONE of them have a registration number. indiamart.com will not communicate with me without this 'non-existent' registration number. Do not use this website. It will connect you with anyone who pays their subscription. They do not verify legitimacy of sellers and a buyer has no protection AT ALL! I have all the communications with this seller and with indiamart.com. I am a buyer located in Houston, Texas, USA.

I approached a pharmacy to buy medicine for my ailing dad through india mart (Ramdev pharmaceuticals). Everything looked legit, including GST number and invoice and even pictures of medicine. But they stopped responding and I never got the medicine. They stole INR 66,885!
And even though I informed India Mart, they never took action and the supplier is still there cheating people through their predicaments (my dad was in hospital that time and urgently needed the medicine).

I would like to led you all know of a good supplier of Apetamin syrup, I sent a request vai Indiamart and several salesmen wanted me to buy them. Fortunately, I received a Whatsapp message from *******892, suppliers of Apetamin. Syrups and pills, which I am looking for and went ahead to place my order with them, I was scared, but now I have no more worries about them and can assure anyone to buy from them that they are trustworthy, honest and responsible I love they services.
