This is 100% SCAM don‘t work with them if you don't want to lose money in my experience i lose 3000€ ( price was 1060€ but they ask for some extra cost and i payed) and didn't get my package. Now they don't respond on my email or whats app. Stay away my recommendation!

We are a export company and we paid full amount for consuming both local and export leads for a 2 year period with Indiamart till May 2021. But suddenly before 4 months they have stopped all our export leads and say you can consume only domestic leads and not export leads.

It is like selling a bag of Rice to you and the shop keeper comes after 2 days and take some Rice from your bag saying it as export quality and ask you to pay extra for that. How foolish is this? How can they change the policy when you in a term of contract? I have tried complaining to multiple lines in their hierarchy but no solution they are justifying their wrong decision.

Shame on you!

I personally got ripped off a large amount of money, India mart said they where going to suspend account of scam supplier and they have not suspended their account yet! Don't waste your money!

This is a rip off. They promise the moon and deliver nothing.
They will string you along after taking as much money as possible using payment methods where you have no recourse.

It is a gamble. They will not refund if you don't receive your order. Saying that, I've received 3 out of 4 orders. Actually I don't buy from them anymore, because I have found a great alternative, and I've never had any probs. So happy I googled 'TOPA2GET' and got meds a waaay cheaper.

I earlier reviewed IndiaMart and was quite critical of the customer service. Subsequently the order was delivered and I am pleased with the product. My impatience was in part because the parcel was delivered much later than I was led to anticipate. Though I am very sorry for my impatience I am still unhappy with the response to my inquiries and failure of the vendor to take responsibility. I advise caution when ordering through IndiaMart.com but also advise patience for extremely long delivery times and encourage clear communication of policies in case parcels are lost in transit.

I ordered a product on Indiamart from Prem Kumar of Mahadev Medi World and it took them over 2 months to admit they received my bank transfer. After all that waiting they then told me they don't in fact have the product they agreed to sell to me. When I asked for a refund they sent me Bitcoins instead of a money transfer. This company had high star rating on Indiamart but when I asked for their assistance they didn't even bother replying back to me. I have no confidence in Indiamart to stand behind their sellers and offer any kind of customer support.

I ordered IverGuard (Ivermectin) from their website and received the order just fine.
After consuming a tablet I felt pain in my kidney and a got a strange burning sensation on my skin.
I contacted the seller and he stated that it was pure Ivermectin.
I tried to lookup the manufacturing number g/25a/3167-a in a database but couldn't find it.

Between INDIAmart and Alibaba, INDIAmart seems to have more verification processes and programs to make sure scammers are not posting false information on their website than Alibaba. I have been misled on Alibaba before, and INDIAmart helped me get in touch with a international exporter who so far has seemed trustworthy and dependable. I recommend this website especially for products exclusively or almost completely manufactured only in India. But, as always, remember to protect yourself and sensitive information from being stolen and use prudence.

I ordered medicine for cancer treatment, paid by bank transfer & nothing has been sent. They were trading as Primepharmaceuticals which is listed under IndiaMART. I was given invoice number online but did not receive a copy, just a number.

Don't go with India mart they give buy lead which are all fake

Do not even think about using this site. You will be solicited on whatsapp from scammers who somehow got your info asking for bitcoin payment. How are these scammers getting your info in the first place? I wouldn't trust ANYONE selling on here.
