I had ordered a combo gift pack which included Mixed color roses and a 1/2 kg choco truffle cake and a message along with the gift. Hours after the order they claimed they did not have the roses and were replacing it with Dairy Milk chocolates. I was fine with it since i did not have a choice but i repeatedly asked them to not mess up on the cake and the note. I clearly said note multiple times to the customer support operative to which every time she agreed to. And the cake in the picture looked well made like an actual high-end product. But alas the one that was delivered was poorly made, a sad excuse for a truffle cake, probably made by a local small time bakery, absolutely not worth the price Indiacakes charged for the same. The cake had to be thrown out since the cream tasted very odd and my people were afraid to consume it. And the note which they said would be delivered was not. This is my own personal experience and others may have had better ones. The only reason i am writing a bad review is due to the fact that they managed my situation very badly and their product listing was misleading. The actual product delivered was very bad, no flowers and no note. I shall be giving this a 1 star rating.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A FRAUD WEBSITE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I LIVE ABROAD AND ORDERED TWO CAKES FRO MY MIECE BIRTHDAY AND CONFIRMED IN MORNING THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED. BUT LAST MOMENT ASKED FOR SOME MORE DELVERY CHARGES TO GET SOME MORE MONEY. CALLED ABOUT 15 TIMES AND THEY DISCONNECT THE PHONE. I ASKED FOR REFUND BUT NOTHING AS THEY DISCONNECT THE PHONE. I WILL LOOK ONLINE WHERE TO REPORT IT LEGALLY, SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE SAVED. I REGRET NOT READING THE EARLIER REVIEWS.

They tKe your order tour. Oney bt wl not deliver.its just a fake company to just rob your money they dont deliver they only take order and ur money in advance bt will not deliver. Please dot spoil your occation by ordering here. BThey should not use the name of our great counteh India its a disgrace to the nation

I ordered cake with order number *******. It was suppose to delivered for my cousins birthday on 11th feb. I paid 250 rs for delivery before 2pm. After multiple calls to call centre cake delivered on 12th feb 4 pm. the status of order was fwd to vendor. But as per vendor they recieved order on 12th feb. Worst thing is tat ordered butterscotch cake. Recieved normal iceing cake. The customer care is the worst. They simply end up the call, lie about the order. Do not waste money with this guys. I want govt to take serious action on this company and should ban it. How much money they are looting. Do not order in this.

Worst experience that one can have, ordered cake with extra 150rs for delivery before 2pm but the cake and flowers reached at 5pm i ordered black forest cake as well 5 yellow roses but the cake that came had water leaking from it and the roses were red that were not roses forest flowers with bugs in it and when i called the authorities they said that you ordered cake in esrly morning thats why it was late what an excuse. And the person who delivered the cake had very bad speaking with the person who i delivered to.

We placed 2 orders for mother day delivery with cakes and flowers. They created the orders and we paid about 3000inr and after submitting the order they asked for more money. The order was never delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. READ CONSUMER COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. WE NEED TO SHUT DOWN THIS BUSINESS

The quality is very good and many varieties available in seasonable price. Great experience. Fully satisfied with service provided by them. Recommended to all very good service

Indiacakes is not fraud or scam. They deliver cake on time. Many times I ordered cake from their website indiacakes.com it was on time with best quality.

I have ordered cake and bouquet flowers to be delivered on May 27th they have asked me to pay additional Amount claiming the delivery address is far even though I paid they have not delivered
I have tried many times to reach through chat and calls which they never responded after a multiple calls a lady lift the call on 28th May 2022 at 10:14Am she is full of arrogant asked me to wait on the call and hangs up the call all the time when asked she says it's technical problem

They will say free delivery but after placing the order they are asking delivery charges. There is no option for reund as well. Moreover you wont get the cake what you ordered. Dont shop!
