Posted job search for our Company, was charge every other day, for non qualified persons, but costly
So called employees left reviews which are outright lies yet indeed wont remove them. Truly regret doing business with them. Dont know if it is my competitors, someone we didnt hired, or someone that was let go for poor performance.

After posted a job and having 50 cvs sent to me my account has been disabled and I can not repost.
Looks like this is a regular thing but there's no reason provided which must be very annoying for candidates.
Hi Patrick, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We would be happy to assist with this situation. We have sent you a private message to get started. We look forward to working with you.
I just received a text that my account has been deleted and I can appeal the decision! I have no idea why? And why it is requesting for my picture and drivers license... completely confused and upset!
Hi Margaret, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We would be happy to review this situation with you. At this time we have sent you a private message. We look forward to hearing from you.
My account has been disabled and I have no idea why. They emailed me and told me to send proper documentation which i did but still no outcome. I even called and they said i have proper documentation but still my account is disabled. Horrible
Hi Yjie. All accounts on Indeed go through a standard review process if not enough information is provided when the account was first set up. If you asked me 3 years ago how I felt about Indeed, I'd say I loved it. It got me a job. But for the past 3 months I have been applying for jobs I'm completely qualified for on Indeed and haven't gotten a single interview, email, legit phone call, or even acknowledgement that I applied for a job. What I have gotten is, on average, 10 spam calls and 5 spam texts a day. Some of the calls leave bogus voicemails about how they know I'm looking for a job. And the texts always want me to download some scammy file onto my phone. It's out of control and has left me to wonder if Indeed even gives my application to the company supposedly hiring, perhaps they just sell my info. I will never use Indeed again. And I warn you, don't sign up for an account, don't even use the site as a guest without an account (that's what I've been doing), and more importantly, don't expect to actually get a job using Indeed. It's a joke.

Created a new indeed account and posted a sponsored job. Within minutes, the account was disabled due to quality standards. Please let me know what is required to complete this posting process.

Indeed was able to resolve the issue. One of the accounts has been re-activated, the second should also be soon, I sent the required document today.
The issue seems to be the lack of clarity and feedback received, when they initially vet documents to approve an account. The message received in response offers no clarity on what the issue was with the document submitted.
The way to sort this out appears to be contacting them on here or via Facebook chat. Thank indeed in happy with the outcome.
Thanks for working with our team on this, Ronny. We're happy we were able to assist. Feel free to reach back out if we can be of further assistance!
It appears this is a common problem, I have seen other complaints in line with this. Is there a solution to this. Is there a worthwhile alternative possibly?
As the appeal process clearly doesn't shed any insight neither do the terms and conditions
Reason almost the same as others reviewers, indeed claim to posting job FREE but now disabled our account for no reason, have been trying to dealt with several candidates for couple of mailing conversation, and now all lose contact. Such a wasting time platform, very disappointing on the service, 0 out of 10!
Hi Jason, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Jobs that do not meet Indeed standards may be subject to review and require additional information from the hiring company. Listings that prove misleading, compromise the job seeker experience or those which we are not convinced represent a “real” job may be removed from search results altogether. Please note: Indeed may reject or remove any job and may disable any Company's account, for any or no reason. We cannot give every reason why a job or a company may be removed, and we always retain the right to remove any job, organic or sponsored, if we feel it is in our interest or our users’ interest. We recommend viewing our Job Posting Guidelines here: https://indeed.force.com/employerSupport1/s/article/115005915763?language=en_US
Hi, I have no idea why my account has been disabled. I had been using it very well for some days but without any apparent reasons or issues, it just got disabled and what I can see is only dashboard asking for sponsorship. I need to fix this immediately. Any help?
Update 2/10: We have attempted to assist this user but they have not responded back to our private message.
I had posted a job listing that I had even put money into and within three days, I was suddenly disabled. I had multiple candidates that I was in contact with and then all of a sudden got blocked from finalizing interviews with. I provided many legal documents such as DEA license, methamphetamine license, my own license with the board of pharmacy and also a power of attorney document with my name and the location of the pharmacy I manage and it is still declined. I am at a loss for words as to what indeed is in search for to verify employers are "legit".

You cant stop it, it takes a miracle to close your account. Then we posted a few free ads and the closed our account for no reason at all. They wont even tell you why. I would never ever trust this fake scam of a company again. Someone is going to have to take them down for good. Watch it will happen, they will get busted for fraud
Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're happy to help here. A member of our team has responded to your review by private message.
I was able to resolve the issue and now our account is active. Thank you Indeed and site jabber team.
Hi Shoaib, we're happy we could help with this! We wish you the best of luck in your recruiting process.
We had a great response on indeed, and I paused a few listing so we can review all candidates, next thing our account was disabled. We appealed two times and got the same computer-generated message, not explaining any issue with our job listing or account. We had paid for all the applications and now we don't even have access to the database that we spend hours to filter. In a normal business, we should have received an email or a call to help us understand if there is an issue and we could have resolved it, but they way indeed team disabled our account is a clear SCAM. They need to reactivate the account or fully refund us for all the payment we have made since we start using it.
They advertise indeed is free. But they disable my account without any kind of explanation. I feel they did because I have not sponsor my job post. They have to understand this in India fewer people have credit card. Most of businessman have debit card. They misleading people.

My account was disabled a few minutes after I myself chose to shut down an offer. They disabled it without any kind of explanation and I am pretty sure I breached no guideline rule. Luckily for me, I was done using Indeed by the time they messed up with my account.

I advertised my first job posting on indeed it was live for around 3 hours when i received an email saying my account was disabled. I called indeed to find out why and was told that because we had put an age restriction in, they classed the ad has being discriminatory. I explained that for anyone to work within this trade they have to be 21 years of age or older by law as it is a legal requirement set by the UK government not us. They told me that i had to remove it. I removed the part they didn't like and disabled my account again for no reason at all.
Hi Ben. We'd like to review this situation further for you. We have sent you a private message so we can assist. Feel free to follow up with us there, thank you.
Been a consistent user of the website, but all of the sudden it just kept on redirecting me to ads.indeed.com and upon checking other details our company account has been disabled.

I had two company accounts disabled, did not do anything wrong in my eyes. The must have some ridiculous algorithms working in the background. Difficult to reach them to clarify.

We had this company with our business for several months, until one day the decided they didn't want our money any longer. Shut us down and wouldn't even explain why? Just kept sending us the terms and condition rules. I'm sorry but you allow other businesses that do the same thing we do. Not only did we pay for their services, they won't even allow us our candidates that we was already in contact with. Or the Contacts we had already paid for! I say, this site is a SCAM!

I live in a very rural area with only one Internet provider. It is wireless. It drops packets constantly. Indeed forces you to take silly assessments they market to their employers. These assessments are junk science and useless but the point of my complaint is that if your internet drops a packet (which happens to all of us constantly) your assessment will make you look like an idiot but they will not delete it or allow you to retake it. They also share it with other employers without your permission. This is slander and a massive violation of my privacy. The assessment is not valid and now they are telling the world how I did on it? When I complained to customer service they told me to call a lawyer. Therefore, they are slandering me and violating my privacy without my permission. Since they are a big tech monopoly like Facebook, the FTC needs to do something about this horrendous and clearly illegal privacy policy. Indeed is a joke and I recommend everyone stay clear. And if you are an employer don't waste your money on those horrible assessments.

Answer: Hello Gerard, sorry for the negative experience. Indeed recently augmented existing search quality programs with new, ongoing strategies to make sure all jobs on Indeed meet standards for quality. This effort included a large scale review of job listings. Jobs that violated our guidelines and companies that did not meet our quality standards were disabled. We apologize that this was a frustrating process for you and will provide this feedback to our Search Quality team for future improvements.
Answer: By NO MEANS should you pursue this so-called job offer further and in fact, you should report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Answer: Hi Kristina, feel free to email our team at sitejabber@indeed.com with some additional details regarding your concerns and we'd be happy to take a look. Please be sure to reference this interaction in your email. Thank you.
