I bought my INCH2 Brown hiking boots a while back, before the pandemic, to be precise. Even then I had to be somewhat patient, as it useally is the case with handmade items. After two month my boots arrived. I do not know where other people come from but I am from Denmark where it, due to the short distance, might be easier getting shoes shipped to. I have been wearing the boots for three straight years and I am still more than satisfied.

I ordered a pair of shoes about 2 years ago. They took a while, but I did receive them. I receive compliments every time I wear them. So, I ordered another pair October 1 even after having to contact them for the initial pair. I was hoping things had gotten better. Should have read the reviews prior. I wouldn't be out 200 bucks! My latest order of INCH2 shoes is now a full 18 months past due, and after looking at other reviews, I realize I'm in the same situation as many others! I will never receive these shoes, or get my money back, which is truly disappointing, since I own four other pairs of INCH 2 and they are beautiful, well-made and sturdy. I always get compliments on them whenever I wear them. They scammed me for over $200 and I will never purchase from or recommend INCH2 again.

I ordered a pair of shoes for €190 on May 1st, 2022 and as of now November 2nd I haven't received them. I emailed multiple times and as everyone mentioned in their reviews they just saying that due to high demand order will be delayed. I asked for refund and they said they can't do it. Worst experience ever! Please do not buy anything from them!

My experience with Inch 2 has been one of disbelief, frustration, and sadness. On 12/29/20 I ordered a pair of boots and paid a good deal of money which was sent in good faith. After waiting, emailing, and placing calls (no one ever answers) I received one excuse after another as to why Im out of my money and no boots. Bottom line please save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere; anywhere but at Inch 2. Shamelessly, they even continue to advertise the same boots they swear they no longer carry and refuse to return my money.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid Inch2 like the plague!;

Keeps giving me excuses that my order will be sent in a few weeks - no regular updates sent to me - I have to continually email them. They say the boots are hand-made to order but 8 months is ridiculously long, even for pandemic supply issues. No compensation, no refund, nothing, just more excuses. Not only that, I am SPAMMED with emails almost daily from them with marketing emails with sales, etc. Ugh - don't order from them!

I ordered boots from Latvian company INCH2 that were in stock in October 2020 and I was promised that they will arrive by the end of October. After not meeting this deadline they said that the boots will arrive 26th of november, then 18th of December, then 15th of January, then 29th of January. Every time when they failed to deliver the boots, I contacted them myself to ask what is going on - they never informed me themselves.
I ordered boots for winter and as the winter was almost over I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. They answered nicely and said it is ok and possible. They promised to make a refund in two weeks. It did not happen. They said all the time that it will happen in a few working days when I contacted. It did not happen. Now it has been 6 weeks and I do not have anything.
I am so tired of this and I have also contacted with the Customer Rights institution in Latvia as they are Latvian company.

Oh, when I first expressed that I am devastated ( somewhere in November), they issued 50% coupon. I will never use it and this is clearly not enough for now.

I am very disappointed.

I really liked the idea of the company. Companies like Aloha successfully use the pre-order sytem in order to eliminate waste. I have ordered from Aloha and similar companies with much success and absolutely no issues. Unfortunately it seems like the INCH2 owner Animo Forti does not have the capacity, system, or willingness to create products on time or use the pre-order system. While *some* delay in *rare* instances would be acceptable, it seems that extended delays and or plain fulfillment is the norm for INCH2. They either have bad relationships with their suppliers or are unable to hold their suppliers and manufacturers accountable. What really grinds my gears is the sheer misrepresentation (either malicious, negligent, or innoccent) of their ability to deliver on products. They provide boiler-plate emails and excuses, forever promising your item but never delivering. I ordered some some shoes in September 2022, promising that it would take 2-4 weeks to complete the order and get a notification of shipping information. A month and a half later I thought it was odd that I still didn't get an email about my shipping info. I contacted customer service and they said they expected order completion by the end of December. February comes along, I contact them again. They promise completion by the end of February. May 31st comes along and they promise completion by the end of June. August 1st, they promise completion by the end of August. See a pattern? They keep telling you that your order will be filled within the next 4-6 weeks each time you contact them.
I am utterly dumbfounded by 1. How long they were able to string me along 2. How long it took me to look up other reviews 3. The sheer negligence that the company operates under.
There is absolutely no way that the company itself and its employees do not know that they are making false promises and commitments.
They respond rather quickly each time I email them but never address my request for a refund.
It is now Jan 2023, one year and three months after my initial order. They've promised me that my order will be done by the end of this month (lol).
What is shocking is that this company is still allowed to operate like this. Reviews as old as three years ago on over a dozen websites have reported problems. The Consumer Rights Protection Center (CRPC) has issues a statement for customers to file a complaint. The Latvian news has reported on their insolvency.
It is SHOCKING.
It makes me oddly pissed off at all the positive reviews that come in; posting positive reviews that support this company makes you complicit in their defrauding of their customers, please don't do it if that is what you are here to do. I beg. Or maybe only put five stars if you are trying to get past the company's censors and then trash the company in the review.
I am oddly finding comfort in the community reporting issues about INCH2. We have a kinship-sister vibe going on. I think we should all ban together and bombard their Instagram and website to try and crash it and cancel the company. I am not vengeful or hateful; I don't want to put honest people out of honest jobs, but putting people out of a job where they help defraud others is a lesser evil.
This review went in a different direction than I thought it would. But I hope it helps.

It's very sad to see a company with great products doing that. I bought 2 pairs of shoes in 2018/19 and I loved. Sadly the second order didn't go so well, I bought 4 pairs. I never received. After 10 months of waiting and exchanging emails, I decided to call my credit card and report the problem, apparently the credit card will refund me.

Don’t buy from Inch2 or Squaredinch. They are both a big fraud.

9 months ago I ordered a pair of boots. Of course, I had to pay in advance which I did. Customer service told me every time to be patient because there are delays due to the Corona Virus. At that time I didn't know that within the first 6 months it is possible to ask Paypal to get my money back. After these 6 months, they didn't even bother to answer my emails anymore.
Follow up:... After 10 months finally, boots arrived and there are no complaints concerning quality.

Don't order! Fraud!

If this helps anyone. Do not bother with this fake $#*! company. I ordered shoes back in December of 2020. Like everyone else on here I have not received my money or my shoes. They continually send out the same ole standard email. 14 days for a refund or you can choose a different shoe which if you liked any of them from their list is out of stock. So I have chucked it up as a loss and I advice anyone to beware of this sorry stealing $#*! company. Sucks. Excuse the language i am pissed. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would.

I have ordered and fully paid shoes in April 2021, I supposed to receive shoes in 4 weeks in Moscow. Tills September they have been telling me that production is delayed than I decided to claim my money back, til today, 23rd of December, I'm receiving emails that their finance department is delaying the payment. I don't think they plan to return my money but I will reach out police or any other applicable department in Latvia to get my money back.

I asked for a refund, its been 16 days and they said oh the financial department hasnt received it yet but she will "speed them up"! Do not recommend and will never purchase anythung ever again! I didn't receive my shoes. Was told a refund would be issued in 14 days. After a month, I sent another email to follow-up and they were going to check on it. Now we are two months in, no refund. The said the "refund department" is having issues but if it send them my banking information, that will get to me quicker but still not that fast since they have a long queue of refunds to process. I looked up their company and the Latvia Consumee Protection Center went after they in 2019 for these same issues. Do not buy from this company.

They are simple collecting money and never deliver. I have purchased shoes from them years ago and was happy with the quality of the product and the service was decent. However, it seems like they are having problems and it seems like they are simply collecting money and don't deliver and don't refund. I purchased some shoes from them 2 years ago and even then the service was terrible. This time I ordered july of 2022 to be told my order would arrive by September or Nov at the latest. After they couldn't deliver in time I requested a refund and it's been over a month and half. No phone numbers work. Certain they are going out of business. Do not buy anything! Unbelievable they are still sending out promo emails when they can't service the orders they have…so literally trying to swindle people right now. Too bad cause the shoes themselves are beautiful and high quality.

This company is a total scam. I've ordered a pair of sandals in July 2020, and I was asking about delivery dates up to November, they never gave me a date. So I got very frustrated and canceled the order, I was promised a full refund, which I still did not receive. It's March 2021 already.
