The company has garnered mixed feedback from customers, with positive remarks highlighting the variety of surveys and the potential to earn extra cash. However, significant concerns overshadow these strengths, primarily revolving around prolonged payment processing times and difficulties in receiving rewards. Customers frequently report frustrations with survey accessibility and completion, as well as inadequate customer support when issues arise. The overall sentiment suggests that while the platform offers opportunities for earning, the execution of payouts and responsiveness to customer inquiries require substantial improvement to enhance user satisfaction and trust.

You waste a lot of time trying to "earn" money by taking surveys. They are annoying, repetitive, and take too long. Then you find out you don't "qualify" or you have to PURCHASE at least THREE expensive items to get your chance to enter a sweepstakes or earn your three cents. STEER CLEAR. These guys are a freaking JOKE!
Oh yes, and what everyone is saying... they will blow up your email with more scams many times per day and they SELL your info. These guys are ripping people off and making a LOT of money off those of us who need to work at home. I agree. Class action.
You would think they could at least keep politics out of cooking. They are so immature they can't. The cooking videos used to be fun, just cooking. Now a lot of it is about how the environment is affecting our food and who's to blame for it. Through their stinking surveys (and elsewhere) they try to milk the political ideas out of you. They are so stinking insecure that they have to know my opinion on everything. Yup I will keep watching their $#*!ing TV. But they aren't going to brainwash me in the process!
I agree lots of You Don't qualify! But i have gotten paid. I have received 2 checks so far.it's not a lot. But i am thankful. I needed that 40.00 check. Thanks inboxdollars!
^that says it all! Do not waste your time with inbox dollars! I confronted them and they could give me details about why they did me wrong. I didn't do anything to violate their terms. Etc etc. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
This site is a waste of time. Rewards take a long time to acquire. Once acquired they take even longer to payout. Beware you can get deleted out of the blue with all your earnings lost. Also spin a wheel never wins money.
Claims of up to $5.00 per survey are NEVER realized. I've yet to see a $5.00 survey. It will take years to get up to the $30.00 minimum for payoff
I love being in InboxDollars I have already received 4 checks and I do not have to wait 30 days to receive it thanks for your help.
I spent hours on this site doing surveys and earned $38.00 and when I requested a payment, they processed for it and I never got it. They said, you have to stay active, with no actual guidelines of what there definition is of active. They need to be sued!
Hell no. The majority of people say that Inbox Dollars is a scam so I will take their word for it. I will do some of these people a favor and report InboxDollars.com to the Better Business Bereau.
Superb SCAM site!
I did many surveys here all the survey saying you not qualified for this survey not saying before do the survey when we will complete the survey then showing this massage it's very bad they are losing our times
So don't do this if you gone youtube or any where did you see inboxdollar type comment to everbody don't do this please more people's believe this so please say to friends dont do..
Inbox Dollars is an absolute waste of time. First, it takes FOREVER to get enough money to request a payment. It takes you to a survey and halfway through the survey (after 20 minutes of answering questions) says you are no longer qualified for it. It does this multiple times, making it nearly impossible to even make 25 cents. Second, they terminate accounts without even notifying you beforehand. I requested a payment for around $30 and then the next day I go into my account and it gives me a notification that my account is now terminated and can no longer receive any of my funds. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS SITE. Complete scam.
Great concept, if only they paid more than what my grandparents used to make when they were my age, and if only I qualified for even half the surveys I try taking.
This site isn't a scam per se. You will get paid, but it pays way less than other survey sites and wastes a lot more of your time. You will often be told you match a survey, only to click on it and not qualify. I've fully COMPLETED a few different surveys, only to be told after 100% completion, watching ads and answering their questions, that I didn't qualify. Sometimes you'll waste 30+ minutes to not even be rewarded. That's one of the sketchy and frustrating things about this site. Their panels aren't very trustworthy, and they pay out poorly. I've had much better experiences with Surveyspot (the rewards are a bit better, you will qualify more often, waste less time, and they pay out with Paypal) and Survesavvy (Usually great reward rates, but slow to pay and they send you a check). I have made $60 with Inboxdollars, but I spent hours upon hours for weeks to get the money. Not worth it unless you have A LOT of time to waste and really need the cash, but I'd recommend other sites first.
I earned my $30 to cash out, then the stated there was a $3 "processing fee" to send the check. They said they'd waive the fee if I worked my way to $40. I agreed to the $3 fee because my time is more valuable than the effort put in on this site, and I figured it be best to cut my losses. They said in order for me to receive my check I need to still be an "active" member and click on "paid emails" that are sent to my e-mail account. There are many other legitimate work from home methods that I employ, and thought I would give this one a try as well, since it was recommended by PennyHoarders. Huge waste of time, and site is very spammy.
I have made more then 300 dollars this year now they are requesting for me to email them a w-9 tax form in order to get paid is this safe for me to do.
Terrible site. Poorly designed surveys, you will get many pages in and much wastes time to be informed that "you don't qualify for this survey". Also, credit is not given for some completed surveys. Finally, multiple surveys get you to a point where the survey doesn't take input or is otherwise unresponsive and all time is wasted. I don't believe the site is a scam, but don't bother with it unless you have tons of time and expect nothing for it.
At the time I signed up, I had the impression that it was a legitimate -although low-paying- way to earn money. But when I tried it for myself, they paid me next to nothing to allow them to flood me with ads. There were some higher paid activities I could've done that might earn me near minimum wage, but those asked for my credit card information at the end of a very long survey, or mysteriously cut off and I couldn't figure out how to finish the activity, crap like that, so I never did them. I did give out my phone number, and I've been getting scam calls ever since (about a year ago), even after I signed up with the Do Not Call Registry. I didn't bother trying to earn the minimum amount ($30 I think?) to get paid.
I received a forty dollar payment over a couple of weeks. You will get paid but don't expect to get paid right away. Your check will take approximately four to six weeks to come through the main. Then they will send you a pre paid card within one week on your second payment. It's a legit company but you need patience when you join any survey site.
Sadly got suckered too. These kinds of scams should be shut down instead of falsely enticing people who are willing to work genuinely and need money but it never pays & gimmicks you by initial representation of making money
They spam your inbox with hundreds of emails every day. For me, it didn't even go in my spam folder after I got 50 of them; I had to mark it as spam myself. Thanks to them, I now get over 100 spammy emails every. Single. Day. My spam inbox is now overflowing thanks to them. While I haven't even tried to make money from this after discovering that, I have seen other reviews say they don't pay you. And I believe them. Any scumbag blogger you see talking about how great this is was probably paid to say that. Do not listen to anyone who says this is a good site. It is not worth your time.
Answer: I have been a member for over 10 years. I get my $30 payout every single time. I always request a check. They tell you the day your check will be processed and then send you an email when it's mailed. I've received $30 about every 6 weeks. This completely legitimate.
Answer: It's actually a legit company. I've been rewarded from them about 10 times so far!
Answer: Inbox MIGHT have paid 35 million (and we only have your word on that)--question is how much did they NOT PAY which was due to participants
Answer: No it isn't. It's legit. It just takes forever to reach 30 bucks and they keep 3 bucks. I got one check from them for 27. It's just something i do once in a while. Clicking on emails and answering surveys if i do qualify which is very rarely. You won't get rich doing that..
Answer: Hi Kristin! Members can always request a payment with InboxDollars when they reach $30.00. If a member ever has a missing credit from a survey provider, offer provider or other advertiser you can always reach out to our 24/7 LiveChat for assistance!
Answer: Hi! So glad you love the site! To help clarify the terms as shown to you when you joined about the W9 requirements you can check here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms Section VI. Cash & Payments Item 4. Tax Matters I would recommend that you reach out to LiveChat agent via our Support Center link and ask that your inquiry be sent to the accounting team who can address this information directly with you.
Answer: Dear John, Please note that your account is credited as soon as your credit is sent by the offer provider. You mentioned that you have been completing offers on Mindspay and InboxPAYS so if you have completed the offer before with those sites then they will not credit again for the same offer. We do show your account has been credited for other offers so most likely if you are missing credits on InboxDollars than it was most likely due to being credited for the same offer on InboxPays or other site. Please note that our offers will credit as our terms state usually within 14 - 30 days. More information can be found here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms
Answer: No they don't pay daily. They pay you by check or a visa card that can be used to purchase items but no cash back. If you looking to generate income off of your own money then this the site.
Answer: This is one of the questions I pondered when I was taken for a ride by Inboxdollars. While NO ANSWER WAS FORTHCOMING FROM THE USUAL PARADE OF... supporters and staff there (look at the "repeat defenders of this atrocious business, I THINK you can safely assume it's gone to pay those who sit there and ENABLE THIS THEFT TO CONTINUE... i. e. The EMPLOYEES. Not sure whether they pool all the TAKES, and divvy it up at days end HEY KIDS, HERE'S YOUR BONUS, or if it goes to the top of the food chain (top canine). Otherwise I'm not sure what's in it for those "participants" who respond so quickly propping up/fiercely defending the indefensible business ethics of INBOXDOLLARS - one might logically or reasonably assume they're rewarded with FIRST CRACK AT THE NEW SURVEYS, with seldom a reject slip. But who knows. Perhaps you can ask THOSE individuals or the little worker bees on computers that enable this to go on, day in/day out. On the other hand, if any 'supporters/employees of this business told me it was raining... I'd look out the window BEFORE I grabbed my umbrella.
