I've been a member for about 4-5 years and I have never had an issue. This is a great site for me and they actually pay what they say they will pay. It's not point based and I love that.
Love always being able to attempt surveys at anytime day or night. The pay per is surveys also decent. Cashing out is great. While I wait I usually do a few everyday to continue building for the next cashout
Site has gotten a ton better since they reduced they payout minimum to 10$ from the shopping 30 it used to be. No longer charge the weird fees but they still nickel and dime you with minimum payouts on surveys and offers. I usually have to pull teeth with Customer Service to get paid out for completed OFFERS. There's other better survey sites and apps out there like Qmee surveys that cash out directly to Paypal with no minimums and no BS.

I submitted my payment Oct two times. You paid me for one but never paid me for the first time I submitted it in October.
