Don't know what happened. Have not used to this for the past couple of years, and got back on and met my $10 minimum for withdraw. It's telling me it will be 10 days before it is deposited into my PayPal account! No Bueno!

I was a member of inboxdollars for several years. Every few months throughout that period, they made it harder and harder to reach their minimum payout level of $30. Their interface to coupons.com does not work properly and no one I've contacted wants to take responsibility for fixing it. They've now deactivated my account because of an accidental entry of my date of birth (one of my cats jumped up on the desk while I was scrolling in the drop-down box for "year of birth" and hit the "enter" key, making it look like I'd entered "2012") and refuse to answer my requests to re-activate my account. In short: you will spend far too much time trying to earn a few bucks here AND the customer service sucks.

I started out doing free offers with them to get cash playing the games downloading apps. Recently I started doing a few where I play. Cash games an deposit cash an get my reward I have now been waiting over a month an few weeks an I have sent multiple message in this time I've got one reply to tell me everything was fixed so I go an check an nope nothing fixed an yet not another response since then even with screen shot proof of my account so just watch how much you invest threw the apps other wise I have not had to many issues beside being locked out for days with out reason.

I enjoy using this site. I've been using it for a little over a month and I've redeemed about $90. In a strange and unprecedented time stuck at home as the pandemic continues, I find myself playing games and taking surveys to earn giftcards for restaurants and stores I buy from regularly. A reliable investment of time. Easier for me in the beginning to rack up points but I think it will balance out as new surveys come along. Not all game/app challenges are achievable without paying, but some are doable. Helpful to follow their social media pages for tips, giveaways, and winit codes! I've never used the app but I recommend the site/company. It's one of several I use frequently.

Inbox Dollars is like a partime job in your pocket! Earn with surveys, cashback deals, games, apps, videos, web search, saved receipts, and more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, it takes a few days to get money once you cash out, not to mention there are certain amounts you must reach to get all your money for example 10$ 15$ 30$... etc. And anything between these numbers gets left behind in your inbox Dollars account online, to go towards your next cash out

The Inboxdollars app itself crashes frequently opening or mid-survey causing lost progress on various android devices and may take few times opening.

Foy payouts and options to choose from to earn money are actually plentiful and give a good amount of money. Payouts have been consistent which is a great positive

Be sure to read some app and survey small print as some don't immediately reward and have a holding period. Large selection of instant reward types though! Overall happy and would like to see app eventually fixed

I joined inboxdollars about a year ago and I've completed surveys, watched videos, signed up for new products, etc, to get as much money as could to cash out. Yesterday my balance was over $74 and today my account was deactivated. I've read all these reviews and people with lower balances who have tried to cash out were not able to. I thought this site was legit but it's a scam site. Don't waste your time, they took almost $100 from me.

In the beginning, you earn $5 bonus for signing up and completing your core survey info (age, location, etc). However, any time after that, I never knew if I qualified for a survey! I would click on the ones picked for me, do the pre-survey, and almost 97% of the time, it said I wasn't qualified. Such a frustrating, hair pulling experience. You also need to make $30 to do your first withdrawal, and I've been wasting over a week trying to get there and I only have $14.50 made. I sue the search engine, I play the games, I take as many surveys as I actually can, I watch the videos, and yet somehow I'm moving like a slug

Was once a member of SendEarnings for many years until they closed and suggested to have remaining earnings transferred to their sister site Inboxdollars.com. Well in doing so, I lost all my earnings, was told the transfer was late, even though it wasn't. Since then and being a new member with Inbox Dollars, (just a couple of weeks), I received an email stating I was banned from taking their surveys but could utilize the other programs. This is it, I never took a survey, just read and confirmed emails. Now I find out that I don't receive any emails to read. I'm not even in their system. I have done nothing wrong. They have my personal information. Now I'm going to file a complaint with the Consumer Finance, FTC and the SEC.

At the time I signed up, I had the impression that it was a legitimate -although low-paying- way to earn money. But when I tried it for myself, they paid me next to nothing to allow them to flood me with ads. There were some higher paid activities I could've done that might earn me near minimum wage, but those asked for my credit card information at the end of a very long survey, or mysteriously cut off and I couldn't figure out how to finish the activity, crap like that, so I never did them. I did give out my phone number, and I've been getting scam calls ever since (about a year ago), even after I signed up with the Do Not Call Registry. I didn't bother trying to earn the minimum amount ($30 I think?) to get paid.

They start you off with easy paying surveys, etc... Then after you get around the 12-15 dollar mark, everything slows down. You qualify for near to nothing after much wasted time. I've talked to customer service about the payouts and surveys, but to no avail. I'm looking for better payouts/ websites and I suggest you do the same.

I took surveys in inboxdollars for about three weeks. Later my account was deactivated. Here is its answer:

"After further review of your account, our team has confirmed our decision that your account will remain closed for noncompliance with our Terms of Service.
To continue providing all of our members with great services and Rewards, we prohibit any unauthorized activity that could negatively impact our community and site.
Please keep in mind that your case is officially closed and this will be a final resolution to this issue."

They never provide proof about the supposed violation of their terms of use. Don't waste your time on this platform.

Wanted to say thanks to the Inbox family. There fast offers and faster surveys landed me two 10$ visa e cad and one 10$ Paypal deposit. Only if they had fast response time with the money though. Day four and counting.

I've been waiting for a rewards check for over 6 months now and still have never received it. I did get a Walmart egift card after several long weeks of faithfully logging into this app. Yet I've n heard anything back from support regarding the first rewards payment back in May of this year
