I love www.inboxdollars.com, I take surveys for cash and gift cards, it's a really awesome way to earn extra cash on the side. The payout is timely, and the rewards are great. Thanks you, inbox dollars.

I don't recommend the surveys because a lot of them you won't qualify for, playing the games is much quicker to earn cash and they offer a decent amount. Cashing out you have to verify your identity with a photo ID and your picture is taken when you email customer support, which I was skeptical about at first. But it is legitimate and you get your earnings in a few days.

I won't use inboxdollars for surveys. There is another that comparably is so much better. Inboxdollars is shifty on payout, bad customer service and you can spend so much time on surveys without getting anything. Even after you reach their min of 15.00 they play games and drag their feet for 10 days and will not pay out what is rightfully been promised. I don't like them at all. They owe me 15.00 and they better pay up. Companies cheating people like this makes me angry.

This website is a complete scam! They reel you in for the free $5 but anything after that is bull crap! You can make way more at other survey sites. I clicked on a link on inbox dollar website to download a game and play through level 15 and make $30. I did EXACTLY what they said to do and when I reached out for status of my payment (which you can only do 7 days after you complete it) and received an email back and said I am I eligible because I used a 3rd party?! I used the link THEY said to click on! Don't waste your time with this one!

I waste a lot of time starting on surveys that say I am a good match until I am halfway there to get told unfortunately not a good match. However, I have finally made it to 30.00 to cash out which is a delayed process. 2 weeks waiting. You have to keep the account active in order to receive what you have already earned. Customer Service through chat is good but you may want to write down your survey number before starting just in case you run into some problems. Rejected a lot but there are some potential ones. The spin the wheel for cash is bogus! You will be lucky to get a survey cash bonus but NEVER have I won and cash towards my dollar amount. The wheel will stop on cash and start back just to get you on no win, one token or cash token under. 25 which is rare.
Good luck with it. My account will stay open because in only my spare and boring days will I take advantage of the extra income.

Have been a member of Inbox Dollars for almost 5 years. In order to get any money, the first time you have to reach $100. Took me 4 years, they paid quickly. After that initial period, I have made a little more - up to $65 in a year now. The biggest problem is the surveys. If you were diligent and kept trying to do them, you could make more money but it is so hard to qualify for one. Lately, I have spent almost 10 minutes answering questions only to suddenly not qualify. So, after 10 minutes asking if I bought this or that, I do not qualify. Gee, seems like you got all the info needed, and then will not pay. Annoying!

They host surveys sponsored by other companies. Each survey has a dollar amount associated with it that you can earn if you complete the survey. Although getting "kicked out" of surveys happens often, at least for me, the ones you complete do add to your total and you can cash out for things like Amazon gift cards once you reach a certain amount.

0.02 for paid email. You get rewarded for half of them. One of them said. Use inbox search engine for three searches get rewarded. I typed craigslist and a virus rolled in. My brand new iPad Air 2 locked up on me.
I did a few surveys. They ask you all these questions then in the end they say... sorry you don't qualify. I call it a scam. They get all the information they need then DQ you. You need $30 before the pay off and read other reviews... how many actually get paid and how many never got their credit. Don't waste your time on this one?

Love the app! It has saved me on numerous occasions with needing a few extra bucks right on time. The surveys are easy enough, paid emails and offers, plus scanning receipts! Who could ask for more ways to make extra cash in one spot and actually MAKE MONEY?

I've used InboxDollars for a number of years. Periodically they will just delete your account out of nowhere! The site does work and I have received payments/checks in the mail. But every couple of years or so, they just seem to delete your account out of the blue with no reason/explanation at all. Of course you can just create a new account and start over; but it's aggravating, especially when you had some $. I would recommend you request your checks ASAP when it hits the $30 limit mark for requesting a payout/check from them. If you let your $ stack up for a while and then they delete your account, you lose all the money you had saved. Fair warning to anyone who wants to try this site.

My Inbox Dollars redemption was requested and distributed within 48 hours. They advise to expect it within 72 hours so receiving it a day earlier than stated was awesome!
I don't cash out that often from the site but I have never had a problem with my redemptions.

Not worth it. You never get credited for surveys you take, they will do absolutely everything to get out of paying you, they didn't want to pay me so they blocked me from live chat after complaining several times that I didn't receive credit for something, and they of course have no phone number to be reached at because they don't want to have to hear these hundreds of complaints about being a scammer company when they already know they scam people. Horrible, horrible company.

Legit website. Be sure to read the small print. Almost impossible to fulfill the requirements for the games for free, but for stuff you might have already done anyway can cash out a decent amount of money. Probably the only website I actually find worth keeping up with

Extremely poor customer service. I could only speak to them via online chat - which becomes email correspondence. I was told that my issue (I deposited the Inbox Dollars check and it was returned to my bank, causing me to be charged $19 for a return fee) had to be escalated to the Accounting Department, and that I would hear back in 24-48 hours. 6 days later I contacted Inbox Dollars again, to be told they would create a follow up ticket for the Accounting Department and that I would hear from them in 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, I received a generic response of "we are not responsible for bank fees - please refer to member service agreement when you initially signed up". Utter bull$#*!!

So I don't really do this for an income but just to make a few extra dollars($27). Now I don't get on the site every day because it isn't worth all that. Every once in a while I'll get on and try to get a survey. I'm lucky if I can get one and it's usually for some ridiculously low amount of change. Usually just end up spending 20-30 minutes trying to qualify for a survey. So there is that. Now about the other offers... so I applied and got approved for fingerhut and never received my payout. Hah then they tell me they can't give me the payout because I waited too long. So basically I'm screwed because they never sent it and I didn't pay attention. It's a pretty smart way of not paying out money. Needless to say, I'll just keep doing the emails and leave it at that. Maybe I'll get a check in a year, maybe not.

After taking surveys for months, giving my best, honest, thoughtful answers, and collecting my cash, you suddenly cut me off, without warning, saying I was, all of a sudden, doing it wrong. I have no way to ask you what I suddenly did so wrong! I was nearly halfway to my $30 gift card! I had to crawl the rest of the way, one penny at a time by doing months of your 1 cent scratch offs... which I once thought were fun, in-between surveys... So heartless and unfair! I enjoyed the surveys and did not cheat!
