I am a noob and accidently deleted all the stored photos of my iPhone. Then I downloaded the app and boom! All the information were recovered in just a tap! It was amazing actually. I fall in love with this application. So easy to use. Always recommended.

Not going to delete this review unless I get back a 100% full refund. They refused to give me a full refund. I lost at least 10 photos through no fault of my own between the time when I scanned the album in my phone with the trial version of your software and the purchase version of your software. They pissed me off. Their response was what about a 30% refund will you accept it? I am asking for a 100% full refund and is not prepared to negotiate the amount of the refund I should receive with you.
At first I had a bit of trouble setting up the software, but fortunately customer support was fast at responding and helped me every step of the way. Everything has been excellent so far, they have very useful tools.

I have been using this program for years and it has been wonderful. If I had to use iTunes without iMyFone TunesMate I think I would change to a different phone. I had one issue recently with the program which was not the programs fault. I contacted customer service and they (Sarka) had it fixed right away. Best customer service ever. Product was a failure, recovered less the 1% of my data. Everything else was corrupted. Do not trust them, they gave me the runaround of refund guarantee. Only got 50% back. Don't waste your time with this product.

I can see that this would work fantastic for some people, and while imyfone did not work successfully to fix my phone as I had wished, and in the end needed to reset to factory settings (restored), I must comment that their customer service is excellent. They were willing to work with you to do everything possible to help fix your device, and in my case they were able to refund me my money since I had already reset it to factory settings once their online product told me that was the only option left.

Answer: Absolute scam! Dishonest company, no money back guarantee and buggy product. I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money.
