The customer service refunded my money to me in full because I told them that I was not satisfied and that the software has some quality issues. They are very helpful and polite. I will consider purchasing the products sold by iMyFone in the future.

So i placed my orders in early to mid June, til now in september they still haven't delivered the orders. Regarding the other order I placed in June, they delivered the order in August, they just provide me with 80 GBP as compensatory damages considering that the order cost around 1700 GBP, they just offered me very nominal and derisory damages, there is also a lot of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes, it seems like the paper wasn't written by a native english speaker when the company claimed otherwise. The company writers also had plagarised things online intending to deceive customers thinking that the customer was so foolish that they don't realise that the content of the paper had been plagarised.
Moreover, the company is very reluctant to refund the amount of the money, they are just willing to offer stored credit so that i can use the stored credit to place another order in the future, and so that the company can continue to keep the money, honestly who on earth in my position will continue to provide an opportunity to this company writers to continue to deceive them by placing another future order? They said they look forward to receive another future order? I can guarantee that it won't happen coz this company has deceived me a number of times so that i can no longer trust this company which is a scam.
Even though the company eventually refunded me the full amount for the order which has plagiarism issues (due to my repeated requests coz this company was only willing to offer me stored credit), the money can never compensate me for the full loss considering that they have wasted me a great deal of time and caused me lots of trouble and inconvenience.
Due to the lateness of the deliver of my three other orders, they were just willing to offer my nominal derisory damages of 80 GBP to compensate me for the lateness, but the three orders costs around 1700-2600 GBP, who on earth will think the 80 GBP refund can compensate me for the full loss.
Because of the lateness of the delivery of the orders, I actually no longer need the three orders which were placed in June, but the orders haven't even been delivered til now in september, I actually believe that I have a right to cancel the several orders and I should be entitled to a full refund of the full amount of the orders, but this company wants to keep the money of the orders so insist on completing the orders and delivering them after the deadline and just offered me derisory compensatory damages which are less than 1% of the full amount of the order. When I should be entitled to a full refund. And I should have a right to cancel the orders.
The company writer keeps on asking for deadline extension, and saying that they can complete within the deadline, and when the deadline is closed, they continue to ask for deadline extension.
This company is a scam and keeps on deceiving its customers. Please do not trust this company.
You won't gain anything by placing orders with this company although this company claimed to be helping students with their school work, you actually lost more than you gain, honestly, I didn't gain anything but only lost all my money because the paper delivered late was of poor quality and of unacceptable standard.
