IMyPhone is an amazing application which one could wish for and it assists to fix the data and what more a person can deliver if the lost information is retrieved and fixed. This software is meant to give good storage and offers the best customer support. Its mobile version is easy and beneficial for all users. Everything is at a single click away and all data is well protected. It offers a huge space for all types of storage to be as files, pictures, or contacts.

I had almost lost all of my recordings, but after loading this, I was able to get them all back! So, it literally saved my life because my lecture audio notes were all saved on my phone. Also, it was affordable that a student can easily install and use!

Hi,

The software didn't work for my use case (activation lock). In my opinion, the refund policy sucks! On asking for a refund, they suggested refunds were against their T&Cs, but offered 30%. I challenged this.

They then gave me the full refund, but I would be careful when paying any money to this company.

According to advertisements on the Internet, their software suppose to recover my iPhone's permanently deleted videos but it didn't. Later, I searched through Apple forums and found out that permanently deleted videos can't be recovered at all.

Software unlocker did not work for my application, my phone was not compatible with software. I after pursuing refund I was hit with legal garbage how they won't refund under technical issues they don't understand. 30 day money back guarantee a fraud, the company is a fraud.

Received money, did not give license

Payment was made, they did not grant a license, no money was refunded. We cannot find your answer license code from the company. Pretty bad management. They don't take my money and give my license.

The license code of the renew order is the same as that of the original order.
You can use the license code of the original order.
If you have changed the email address when you renew the license code, you need to provide us with the original order so that we can renew the license code for you manually.
We did not receive a reply from you so that we could not do that for you. However, we have also sent you another new license code. Would you like to check your email inbox?

I didn't regret getting iMyFone paid version even if it failed to work in my phone because the service is very efficient and accommodating. They helped me diagnosed the issue of my mobile and advise me what should be done to fix my phone. Aside from that, the staff were quick to response and immediately take action upon my request. Their software did not work for me and then I had to practically beg for a refund as at first they were only willing to give me a 50% refund. In the end they gave me a full refund after I was firm with them and literally copied and pasted their own return policy to them. Just please be sure to read their return policy before deciding on the purchase.

Worth it!

I did not think I'd be able to retrieve my phone from the recovery mode until I had tried out this system. I had to go through a couple of different screens and after multiple attempts my device would just not accept the software. The team did everything in their power to help me out! Exceptional customer service!

Great customer service

I had signed up for a subscription but did not realize it and I couldn't find my login information to change my subscription settings. When I contacted iMyFone to ask if there was anything they could do, they refunded my account, canceled my subscription, and followed up with an email to make sure I didn't have any other questions. All within 12 hours! That is fantastic customer service! I wish all companies were this responsive and helpful.

Ipad mini 4 password bypass

Purchased iMyFone to bypass activation lock on Ipad. Worked excellent and fast. Ipad in good shape now. As a novice I had a question for support team and it was answered quickly and correctly. They are easy to work with and I highly recommend the company and product.

Scam
April 23, 2021

Bought my phone secondhand and tried to bypass the apple id. Didnt work and reset the phone without deleting apple id. They offered to jailbreak the phone which would make the phone unable to make calls. I would have to install linux on my windows and go through an entire process i did not sign up for. Said because i refused their solution i was not entitled to their moneyback guarantee. Absolute scam. Do not buy. Thank goodness i paid through PayPal hopefully they are able to protect me. They are misleading and dishonest.

The main thing I like of iMyFone is their pricing and refund system. I am using this application from a long time and suggesting my friends about this as a convenient recovery tool and iPhone manager. Recently, my neighbor failed to run his necessary operation and after contacting with iMyFone, they give him refund! I was astonished after seeing such care to the user. I just will say to use it and you will understand why it is unique.
