I downloaded the program. The manager helped to return 100% of the cost and answered all questions. Although the communication was not long, but very polite, fast and high quality
I got the error 14 on my Iphone after trying to update through itunes, and my phone got stuck on recovery mode, my phone storage was almost full. I noticed I some people saying that fixpoo helped them save their data, and since I saw it was money back guarantee, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately for me, the exit recovery mode didn't work, so I paid for the monthly subscription to use the standard mode and it didn't work either. When I asked for my money back they pushed me to use the advanced mode which erases your data and that wasn't what I wanted. After a lot of fighting they gave me the money back, but, just to be aware, apparently, they just give your money back if you use the advance mode (which erases your data) and your phone still doesn't work.
I am highly overwhelmed of how quick the customer service staff response, at any time you can expect a reply from them, which is something you CANNOT find in most companies these days. Their tools programs are so effective as well, and serve for many purposes :D

I bought this tool for fixing my iphone without data loss. It doesn't do the job even if on the screen I read "successful". I will have to erase all the data and reinstall... well, this could have been done with itunes, without having to pay for an extra license, right?
What is really funny is that I cannot submit my feedback after trying to use the standard mode... the window is too big and any attempt of moving it /resizing it with the keyboard is vane. Well done, so they do not have to take care of customers' feedback.
I do not recommend to buy this tool, it is a waste of time and money. I will try to get a refund, let's see how it goes.
UPDATE. I have been charged again without getting back the money. I am trying to cancel my monthly license, and I need a password to access my account and do the job. I asked for the password in a dedicated page, and I was expecting to get an email with the link for resetting/creating it. Instead I am redirected to another website where I have to send another mail to the customer support...(https://www.mycommerce.com/support/)...I really want to see now if I'll get the password... in any case, very complicated system for canceling the subscription, it could be simpler, it llooks like it is made on purpose for slowing down the procedure (I never had this experience before. It is quite weird that for getting your password, you have to contact by email the customer service of another website!)

Purchased the service to remove MDM from my iPhone. It never worked. I opened two tickets and never heard from them. When I asked for a refund, they offered to refund 1/2. I told them this wasn't acceptable and that I wouldn't go away. They finally agreed to refund me but two weeks later I am still waiting for the credit card credit and they are not responding to my emails. This is a scam! The customer service is awful. Once you give them your credit card, that is it.
Such great service provided to me and thank to all the team working here. Great location changer its easier for me to finish misson in games that are location based. Great idea.

Do not sign up for any of their subscription plans. I bought a monthly plan but when i wanted to cancel the autorenew i won't even get a reply from them anymore.
They already charged me without my permission!
I do not recommend this company at all!
They are still charging me with their autorenew plan up to this day.
I tried to contact them many times, but no reply what so ever.

The software did not save my phone without data loss. I had to do a clean reset which was the same as what I would have done with iTunes, without paying a single cent. In this aspect, the software has failed to do what it was supposed to do and hence I requested for a refund of my money.
What was more disappointing than my data loss and the software not saving my phone, was the misleading offer of a money back guarantee. "We could only offer you a 50% refund..." despite not solving my problem. That is not the behaviour of an honourable company, to market itself with a dubious 30 day money back guarantee subject to lots of terms and conditions.
This is a hard lesson learnt, not to believe in money back guarantees anymore. I would never purchase from this company again, and would encourage all to think long and hard about it before making a decision, and be prepared to not get back any refunds.

Reverse their subscription immediately and immediately dispute their charges, Your product won't work, They won't get back to you and when they do it will be through paypal. Take your money and run. BTW Paypal WILL refund you if you dispute it and they will REFUND YOU IN FULL do not take the percentage refund this company will offer you.
MDM unblocked didn't work, at least for me anyway. My 1 month license was billed as a recurring monthly bill. Not cool guys, not cool. I'll change my review if you either 1 provide the working service, 2 change the wording so that people understand they are buying a subscription, 3 Apologise for trying to make me into a stooge and refund me.

I'm the victim too, purchased the iTransor for WhatsApp (Windows Version) - 1-Month Plan in Nov 2020 for $29.95. IMyFone setup monthly recurring purchases on my Paypal without my consent. Paypal paid them $29.95 from my account the second time last week (Dec 2020), again without my consent.
Soonest I saw the transaction notice, contacted iMyFone for a refund and never received a response from them.
Also, contacted Paypal for help after not hearing from iMyFone for a few days. Paypal said I authorized the recurring payment and declined to further explain or take refund actions.
What a shame! Bunch of crooks!
Never saw a company providing these many tools on a single platform. Although I tried some of them yet, but sooner or later, I am going to use all of their services as they offer products aligned to my needs. Keep up the good work.

All claims on this site and company are all FALSE. ALL LIES. Customer support is supposed to be availible 24/7/365 - contacted them on Saturday and it is now Monday and still no response. All I wanted was to unlock my phone because I had forgotten the passcode to get in since I normally use fingerprint but needed the passcode after restarting my phone. I wanted to unlock my phone without erasing everything on it. Their program LockWiper guarentees this but in reality it is even more worthless than garbage. It was basically to factory reset your phone.
They claimed 30-day money back guarantee - that's all lies too. Contacted their customer support about refund and subscription cancellation and still haven't heard anything back from them.
As for the monthly subscription I never wanted to sign up for it but I am stuck with it now after purchasing their 1-month plan. On their website they claimed that you can "cancel at your convenience" yet every time I go to cancel I get an error message. Doesn't say what kind of error, just "error." Tried several times throughout the day and the following day and still the same error message. They want to keep you stuck in this loop of recurring monthly payment. Don't be fooled by these people. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay far, far away from this website and company. They are big time SCAMMERS.
