They make it easy to get the tapes to them. They keep you updated. The only issue was one tape didn't convert well. Can't hear the audio which is weird because I can hear it here in my VCR.
The process went pretty smoothly. The videos were loaded fairly quickly. My only complaint was I thought they were going to restore the videos. Some of my videos were very distorted and hard to view. Maybe they just were too old.
I never received my tapes back. After paying for digitized images.
Pleasantly surprised at how easy this entire process was! I've viewed and shared so many precious memories with families and friends! All of these memories would have sat in drawers or on shelves without ever being viewed had it not been for iMemories.

I was very pleased with the conversion of my dvd's and vhs tapes. I was extremely upset to find out in order to continue to watch them I would have to pay a $7.95 monthly fee to keep watching them. This is a total bait and switch. I was recommending this service to all my friends but no more after receiving the email to continue paying. I also do not have my tapes back!
I am so happy with the results because I knew some of my VHS tapes were getting bad. Especially my wedding tape. Can't stop watching them.

It only took about 2 weeks to convert 15 tapes to a digital format and my tapes were promptly returned afterwards.
Sent in a ton of old tapes that were from before the 2000s and all were digitalized and the quality is very good. So great to have these memories where so many family members can see them.
