Everything went faster than expected and I got my tapes back just like they said. Overall experience was excellent and I would recommend to anyone looking to use this kind of service.

I sent in 6 tapes to be converted. As I was viewing one of the converted files, I noticed some of the clips were missing. I sent the tape back and they had to convert it again to include the missing clips. This makes me paranoid about the other tapes I have sent in and will have to go through each one to make sure it didn't happen to others.

Got what was on the video tapes. Too bad I didn't know that one of the tapes was a waste. The cost is a lot when you didn't need the content.

It was so easy to do! I just put all my personal movie cassettes in their box. Sent it off and didn't wait too long to get the digital copies. 4 stars because I received the digital copies in dribs and drabs. I never knew how much more was coming. Also the last one came back with no sound. They did fix that but waited a while. I didn't realize (my fault for not reading it) but it will disappear after a while. I then went to Best Buy to load my digitals onto a USB drive. Cost me more. All up I'm very glad I did it so my kids have memories now to show their children.

Per a friend's recommendation because of her fabulous experience with iMemories, I decided to risk mailing 75-year-old slides for digitalization. My experience was top notch from beginning to end. The only thing that I was not well informed about from the beginning was the date I would receive the email with my download ready. I was on a tight timeline, but it was only after I submitted my order that I was informed that I was too late for the Father's Day deal; thus, my order would take 2-3 weeks. It barely made my timeline, but not in time to prepare them for a family reunion. Please give an accurate delivery date so we can plan accordingly. I would highly recommend iMemories, with the caveat being that there's no guarantee as to when exactly they will come if the order is urgent.
