I would never advise to use them $179 dollars and it does not work. I have contacted them a thousand times after 30 days. They said the 30 days is business days. The reason why that is Sprint only works Mon through Fri. I worked for them for a bit. So after the true 30 days I asked for refund if $179 US even gave them an invoice to help. I have not even recieved the money back nor is it unlocked.
I saw mixed reviews about doctorunlock.net and i thought i'd give it a try. Paid the $28 down payment and then an additional $42. They emailed me 3 days later and said that my phone wasn't paid off/in contract. In the email it says if i can prove it's not then they will issue a refund. I went to imei.info and put my imei in and it came back clean. I emailed that to them, and got a response back saying as per their terms and conditions they can't give me a refund. But they said if i could prove it wasn't blacklisted they would. This is a scam guys!
Paid to this service on May 3rd 2019 to unock my iphone xs. Max (sprint carrier) but still it haven't unlocked. Emailing doctorunlock once in a week but of no use. It's been more than 9 months (monday to friday). Please do respond or do a needful help. Can i know best way to reach you, coz everyone that i referred got unlocked except me.

I have been asking for a refund because all I get from them now that "if the status is 100% we will place it as a priority" and the status of my order is 100% two weeks ago. They are way late of the 30 business days, as I placed my order on the 26th of September. Now, everytime I send them an email, they just send me that template.
It should be ZERO star.
Initially they checked my IMEI to unlock icloud. Then They confirmed, it is OK and we can remove the icloud account.
They asked me just pay $28 then later they asked to pay again $42 BUT after All of that they said the device is blocked because it marks by apple as lost!
I sure that this is my phone and it is not reported as lost. I also check at several websites and all of them shown that my device it CLEAN
I asked them to refund but they refused and asking for the original invoice ( if i have it i will open it by Apple of course not YOU)
Later they send me an email to get the premium service which is a super hero and can do any thing and as usually with asking to pay more (£49.99) and it take 30 day!
I really don't trust them and don't recommend them at all

I have iPhone 7 which belong to my brother and who passed away last month. I have box but I don't have bill that's why Apple Store not able to open its I cloud lock.
After reading the review over net I contacted doctor unlock and sent them my query and they told it will be done. I registered by phone iMessage and they ask me to pay 70 dollars in two parts which I have paid. After two days I receive a massage that it cannot be open and money also not be refunded as the need original invoice which I already told them I don't have.
Now they are not returning my money...

I paid for an Apple ID unlock and they tried to charge me again after I paid. Scammers and liars
They took my money and then told me that I had to pay a further $42 US dollars to unlock my phone.
I already knew that I could do it myself if I had the previous owners details or receipt, otherwise I wouldn't have paid. After arguing that I had already laid, they simply stopped replying to my emails and my money is gone.
Don't do it. These services are just a way to money grab from you and do not even have the decency to respond if questioned.

Anyone writing a positive review for this company is probably affiliated with them monetarily. They have been unresponsive and haven't provided a service for the two phones I submitted requests for. This is a SCAM.
They requested me to pay first 28 dollars next they requested for another 42 dollars for the unlock to be processed. Next waited for a good six days only to receive an email that they have failed to unlock my iPhone and that they cannot refund me. They are scammers because they had to send me other new information which i was not given to earlier and is not there on their site.
These people have had my imei for my phone since january and its still not unlocked. I even was suckered in to purchasing the premium service and have had no commication from them except trying to offer me coupons for another sim to be unlocked for a discounted rate. I have sent numerous emails and no reply. They are a scam
I wanted to unlock my iphone 11 max. I paid about 58 GBP, all in vain. They couldn't unlock it and did not want to return the money, despite of all the proof that I provided about the unsuccessful result.

They promise you to unlock you phone. You pay $29.99 initially. They come back and require additional money(premium service) of 49 Euros or so, guaranteeing unlocking your phone. They came back saying they can't and never refunded my money. They flash "guarantee" at the 2nd payment window making you believe they will unlock your phone. It is very deceptive marketing. They are out to get your money, Please DON'T!
Like all of the other reviews, which I should have searched for before giving my credit card is that this is a SCAM! My ipad was given to me by my mother-in-law because it used to belong to my father-in-law, who passed away. She didn't know the apple id password. DoctorUnlock sent me an email saying it was reported missing which is a LIE. Then they want me to send them more money for "premium service". Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
I have asked them to unlock my applewatch. They asked me to pay twice($28 and 30) and then they have ignored my mail after they received the money for over one year. I really hope that nobody has the same experience in the future.

First, it states on their web site the price to unlock icloud activation is 28$. But after the purchase I found it is a pre-order charge. Where they want to chick the ability to unlock the phone and not putting me on the risk of paying the full amount. After a few days they sent me email saying that it is ready to unlock and I have to make the full payment.
Then I have to pay another 42$ to take them more than a week to say unlock failure.
