Got my glasses after searching a lot for the perfect shape.
The fact that I could virtually try them on was a big thumbs up.
Ordered then a CR wanted to clarify my prescription, they explained what the optometrist wanted for my eyes. In two days I got my two pairs, very happy.

This is the third time I have purchased glasses from ilook and can't be any happier and will continue to buy from here going forward. Even went out of your way to call me to make sure I had put in the correct values before making my glasses as my prescription had changed which they noticed and just wanted to make sure they got it completely correct. A company going above and beyond like this is very uncommon now a days but truly was a refreshing breathe of air to see they did. I recommend to everyone I know that needs glasses. Thank you again for being such a great company.

I've order numerous pairs of glasses and the last pair of readers, are still (after returning the first pair) not great...they feel off. Not as good as previous pairs

Also I had to return the 1st pair before they would send me a new pair, so it took about a month in total to get the replacement pair

The prescription is perfect but the frames are very flimsy im worried that they will fall apart quickly.

Site was easy to use. Great frames to choose from. Liked the variety of faces and ages to choose from. My glasses came quickly and fit better than the ones I got from my optometrist. The multifocal lenses were perfectly placed. The cost was less than half of what I bought through an optical place. Will definitely use again!

The price is perfect if you need a half-decent pair of backup/spare glasses.
Being used to lens from optometrists, I found the quality lesser than what I was used to (but perfect for the pool or as a backup pair!).
At first, I thought the prescription was wrong, and customer service had me send the glasses back with my original prescription. I got a new set that was a bit better, but still not as good as the $200 ones I got from the optometrist.
The deals they offer are excellent, and one of the reasons I come back.

I have bought probably 20 plus glasses from ILOOK. Had one set that were wrong but was corrected. Price is good. Just wish they would do some big bright flat fancy plastic ones you see out there.

Don't even remember when I start buying from them but I do know it's been years and never had issues

The staff is super to deal with. Great help every time I call and ilook is very easy to deal with. No hassles, no red tape or small print.
I order from ilook because the glasses are cheap and fairly tough. The arms on the glasses are sometimes loose from the factory and sometimes not, but for $50 glasses I can invest in a mini screwdriver just in case. Sometimes an ear pieces loosens up, but again, for $50 I don't mind a little maintenance.
I'm a Fab/Mec Teacher and my glasses are on and off my ears multiple times daily and they hold off the scratches pretty well and are holding together fairly well.
I'll keep going back, its too easy to buy glasses from them to go to another company.

The glasses are excellent but soon after I received them the coating started coming off….I think it is the anti glare coating? I don't know!
I took a picture and submitted it with my email to customer service.
I was hoping ilook glasses would simply send me replacement lenses but was asked to return the frames and lenses….I am perfectly capable of replacing properly fit lenses!
The reply I received was something like…it looks like they were left in the hot Sun on my dashboard?
I think your products are very good but this time the coating was not and I don't feel I should have to be out x days to send back my glasses and wait for them to return with new lenses!

The quality of both the frames and the lenses is very good. The price was excellent, especially given my high prescription and astigmatism.

Very satisfied with the four pairs of glasses I purchased from iLookGlasses. The glasses are of good quality, the glasses were shipped and received quickly and I was able to take advantage of a BOGO offer. Wouldn't look anywhere else for glasses. I have referred this company to family members for their new glasses also.
