I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses for under $100. It use to cost me $250 for one pair of eyeglasses and the Ilook glasses are better quality. I will be buying prescription sunglasses soon and I will buy them from Ilook.
My glasses were chewed up very badly by my puppy. The lenses were spared. The worst was waiting again so I could see better and a few bucks for frames. Again thank you

I ordered 5 pairs of glasses, some were sunglasses. After only a few months already 2 pairs r broken. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them but I see the poor quality and will not order from them again.

The experience was generally good but they got my lens prescription incorrect on my two first pairs. They took longer than expected to correct and the issue and return new glasses with the correct prescription. Once everything was done I was happy with product but it was a rough ride for my first time purchasing glasses online. My only other critique would be they never actually acknowledged they made a mistake on my prescription.
It was my first time to order ilookglasses. I always wear it and get some compliments from my friends they said that it looks good on me.
Great glasses! Slow to receive, took a long time to get order but glasses are good. Took about a week to get use to with the same prescription as before although I know this happens from time to time as I have had glasses for a number of years. Bought 2 pair for wife and myself, we both like them.

Myself and my family have probably purchased around 20 pairs of glasses over the years, and I always received great quality lenses and timely delivery. Why spend about 5 to even 10 times more for no difference in quality. The prescriptions are just as good than anything I've gotten at a more expensive eye wear store.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses over the past few years. The customer service has been excellent. However, the quality of frames on my 2021-22 order was lacking. The lenses were chipping inside the frame, not just once, but on the replacement pair as well.
Had a wonderful shopping experience, I made a mistake with my prescription, and they exchanged my glasses with no problem, even though it was 100% my fault. Best customer service I've had in a while! Highly recommended.

It does take around 7-12 business days(our lab is closed during weekends/holidays) to receive glasses with progressive lenses, for they are a special types of lenses.
