Pricy never seems to be a sale. I really like the powder foundation. I bought the liquid one and concealer and I don't care for it. It doesn't blend in good and gets cakey buildup.

I finally decided to try this brand. Once I placed my order it looks like an additional product was subsequently added. I tried to cancel the product immediately, but it did not go through. It was a bad first experience utilizing the site. I am not sure why you are prompted so many times after you place your order to add other products. I just wanted to make sure my foundation was ordered and now I have to be inconvenienced in returning the item I did not want.
After making a purchase of $240 I was offered a one time discount via text for 20% off selected products. I opened it, selected the mascara (since I forgot to purchase it the fist time). Clicked on claim 20% discount offer and it redirected me to another page saying I was too late to claim! There was still at least 5 min on the countdown clock at top. Really wanted to try the mascara and would probably just go back and purchases full price if it wasn't for the snooty "your manicured fingers were too slow" comment. Why offer a discount, give a countdown and then deny it while still in the timeframe? Hopefully I enjoy the makeup I just purchased and can do a new review. I swear, I'm not a "Karen" just rubbed me the wrong way!

I received my order for Power Rewind and had been using it a couple weeks. The pump broke/stopped working. I emailed customer service. No questions asked, they are sending a new (full size) product at no cost to me. I also do not have to return the damaged product and they gave me a 20% off code to use in the near future. You don't get customer service like this anymore so it is quite refreshing! Thank you, Il Makiage.
Colours were very off and you need to download their label for returns. It won't download. I've sent ten emails over past four days requesting assistance and there is no response.

Its products are very good, and it's easy to commit to it's subscriptions, however, once your in it's nearly impossible to cancel. Its website requires that you read every page to learn you have little to no recourse for charges made to your credit card. The replies from customer service refer you to their website. You will never be able to speak with anyone directly. Just order as needed, unless you plan to cancel your credit card. This company has drastically over estimated its competitive advantage.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
