Il Makiage

I had left my cart on IL Makiage and didn't make a purchase. I checked my email later and found an email offer saying they added an offer to provide free shipping if I came back to purchase the product. I never received the free shipping once my CC was charged and I have had to write to the company twice about this. Very deceptive!

They will present you with a discount for auto ship when you add items to your cart, but then charge you full price. Impossible to contact customer service or cancel order online, but I tried emailing them.

I gotta say that I do love the products that Il Makiage has to offer. Their website is easy to navigate and easy to shop.
I learned of Il Makiage through an online survey. I received $100,to use on their site, for completion of the survey.
After trying their products, I'm hooked.

Why is my credit card being billed $109, please cancel this order

Great match and awesome way to help someone like me whos not a makeup person. My only problem was the no filter stopped working after 3 usages. Only 2 pumps each. I dont lnow if it's broken or empty but it appears empty and tgats not good cause this cost the most. The bottle don't allow us to see the contents. Nit good! Other than that I would recommend this product to others.

There were too many advertisements to purchase additional items. After placing my order, I checked out and and discovered I was charged for the item at $54.00 plus shipping. They advertised a trail of 14 days and return if you are not satisfied. The charge would be for shipping only. So before you order, look at your invoice. You are purchasing the product.

Can't seem to get the right color match for my skin tone. This is the second time I have attempted to use this product. They have always honored their return policy.

Trying this product for the first time. Have high hopes for its results once I receive it. Process to order was satisfactory and easy to order. Offer was very attractive and innovative.

It is so difficult for me to cancel orders. I email then I get charged! I really like the makeup but I think I'm not gonna order anymore. I'm trying to cancel an order that I just found out is shipping tomorrow and today is Sunday. My account will not let me cancel anymore subscriptions so I know this company set my acct like that and it's wrong on so many levels.

My daughter introduced me to the eye concealer and I just love the coverage. Have had dark circles because of allergies for a long long time. This is the best product I have used and believe me I have tried quite a lot!

Can't go out without wearing it! Quick to apply and applies evenly. Covers anything I want to cover 😃

Only problem I wish they could have been able to see my previous order
I had to go through the matching exercise again
And I wanted to just reorder
I am not interested in a subscription reorder program

Best makeup every purchased, I have tried other Name brands, and they all seem to cake up or blotch. IL Makiage makeup is flawless in my opinion a bit pricey but worth it.

This product is amazing. Didn't expect the awesome experience that I got. Matched my skin tone to the tee. Look forward to trying more products.
