Love Il Makaige foundation! It amazed me how well they website matches you. I found a need where I needed the foundation before next weekend. I only had one shipping option, which I hope will get here before I leave town.

The website to match up my skin type and color was spot on. I love this products and being 54 years old, I am very picky

Although your "survey" is a nice idea, I found it a bit long. If you would give us the color options on one page so I could view all at once I would appreciate the selection better. After completing the order, I don't want the "what about this additional options".
You should provide a means just to go in and order without all the questions.

Try it before you buy it is a good deal. I will review again once I receive the product.

I received my order for Power Rewind and had been using it a couple weeks. The pump broke/stopped working. I emailed customer service. No questions asked, they are sending a new (full size) product at no cost to me. I also do not have to return the damaged product and they gave me a 20% off code to use in the near future. You don't get customer service like this anymore so it is quite refreshing! Thank you, Il Makiage.

I opted for the $5 try before you buy and my card was charged $53 dollars. This is not ok.

This company exceeded my expectations! They truly go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I needed to switch a product outside of the trail period and they took care of my request quickly. The representative who responded, was also so kind and understanding. This company definitely stands by their mission and values!

I just received my WOKE UP LIKE THIS shade 75 just like I wanted but the offer to me me a free brush and I didn't get it. Where is at?

The make up was a decent match but the bottle broke in shipment. Still trying to get resolution.

Omg! To my great surprise the foundation was a perfect match! I love the foundation & brush I was skeptical but everything was amazing! ….easy from the start! Fast, easy, great quality & packaging very impressive!

I decided to try this foundation and once I put it in my cart, I am just inundated with "oh you need this, oh you need this". It's a little annoying. And I feel like it asks multiple times if you want the same product in addition to your purchase.

Easy to use platform and amazing products! I love the way the concealer works on my dark circles, and it lasts quite a while because you don't eat a lot.

I only ordered the free trial and I was charged incorrectly! 45 dollars was not what the free trial showed on my ordered. I will be calling customer service. Very upset!

Where do I start, so helpful with pictures and answers I was able to chose and was able to give more than one answer! Like who only has one answer for their skin or hair type lol. Can't was it to use their products to see how they work.

I thought this was going to be like all the rest out there. How wrong was I! From 1 little quiz they did it, they actually matched my skin. It is so lightweight, covers my redness and truly does what it promises. I now have a new foundation that I love it and you now have a new customer for life. I ordered the primer and mascara and can't wait to try them.

I finished checking out but by just accidentally pressing it added a $40 purchase to my trial and I don't know how to cancel it because if make it hard to cancel. So Disappointing.
