When you checkout, there are all these pop-ups that market additional products and I couldn't tell if I had checked out, yet, or if I needed to go through all these windows to check out. It was easy to accidentally purchase it. I was curious if the FTC should evaluate the process because it seemed so confusing.

I did not know there was a color match, I ordered shade #40, it is too light and now after doing color match I need shade #55. I would like to try the color match but do not want to purchase again in case it does not match. Now I have a shade #40 sitting here going to waste. It seemed good, but would not know for sure unless I have the proper color.

After a few months being tempted by ads on instagram, I finally decided to give the foundation a go. Taking the quiz was quick and easy. Will have to see if the product fits my needs. There was a lot of offers to add on to
My order before confirming purchase which was annoying, but i signed up for 4 month replenishing. I look forward to see what the mistery gift will be. Also intrigued to see in if I will buy the product, and if not, how easy it is to return and cancel the refill.

When I received the first order I told them that the foundation didn't match my skin and no I didn't want to try a different shade because I didn't like the feel of it on my face. I've asked them to cancel deliveries at least three times and the packages still kept coming! I had to travel to the bank and get a new debit card in hopes they'll finally stop giving me product I don't want and charging me for it! I'm so damn mad at this company that I could spit bullets!
I have received it, it's a cheap foundation. They cheat you with pre-autorazation and reply after 3 day. I asked to cancel order after I saw how much they charged. They replied after 3 days after it was shipped. Don't trust them about - oh, you pay only if you keep it. No! They charge you first all together with gifts they add to your parcel. And be careful, prices are in USD, not in CAD. I requested return and didn't get any reply. Trying to get my money back.
It seem like an easy process to figure out the correct color for my foundation. I guess I'll see once the product arrives, but I liked the way that they gave me a variety of options to determine what my skin color was. Not just looking at one model, but looking at several different, lighting in positions and things like that. I feel optimistic that we have determined the best color but we'll see.
Everything I've tried, I loved and I have subscriptions for 3 products! Foundation, concealer, and hair mask. Trying the mascara next! :)
Absolutely great customer service! The company reached out to me in regards to my satisfaction of my order. When I voiced that I thought my foundation was too light, they readily offered an exchange! The process was super easy and quick!

II Makiage is my go to! I love their foundation and mascara. I'm not a big makeup person, but for my oily skin and my short Asian lashes (only mascara I have found that really works). I will continue to be a lifetime customer!

All I actually ordered was a trial where I would pay around $12 for shipping and then if I liked the product, I would pay for the product. I thought the product looked great and really wanted to try it. Now I am so upset, I am told there is nothing they can do. I have to wait for the product to arrive and then send it back in order to get back my money. They lost a customer. I would have happily subscribed to a subscription for 3 bottles a year. Because I care for others, I leave this review as a warning to others.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
