**BEWARE! I do not recommend iHerb. They cancelled my order because I did not give them an authorization that was sent to my bank. When I contacted the bank they told me that they couldn't provide me with it, that it is classified information for the merchant, iHerb. In short, iHerb is supposed to gain the code from the bank and they are sloppy and lazy. I talked to iHerb customer support and they told me that other customers are forced to use Apple Pay or Paypal. BEWARE!
I bought a Magnesium supplement in July. I had over 100 capsules previously bought somewhere else. I went on Holidays August, September and first week of October. Upon my return I opened these Magnesium capsules bought in iHerb. There is a very strong smell of rancid oil coming from the bottle. Upon contacting iHerb through chat I was told that they have a 60 day return policy. I think these capsules should be a recall. I was expecting an apology, pre-paid postage and an offer for other magnesium capsules. Nope! I posted a bad review of the product they sold me and it was removed immediately. What? Seriously. They sell you encapsulated garbage and you are not allowed to express it was bad? Wow, what a dishonest way. Solary is the company that sells this hideous supplements that I will throw in the compost and mare sure will never buy
It was very bad experience with iherb. I order one products on november the 25th, to came to nyc, the tracking said i got my order on november the 25th, what is not true. The price was 18 $. When i complain that i did not get order they said they will refund my money. I did not get my money back. But i am most welcome to order again. But now price for my order is not 18 $ it is 30 $.
Someone has stolen my information and is placing orders across the U.S. I have been in contact with iHerb 3 times this week, as more orders keep coming in. I am being told that the 'management' team is reviewing my issue, but nothing is happening. They also have no phone support so everything is either chat or email. Complete scam company that just allows fraudulent orders. I guess they don't care as long as they get the money. They should be closed down!
If your order has been lost by mail, don't expect to see a refund. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered California Poppy. Later, I had a severe allergic reaction to it. After e-mailing iherb.com, Malcy told me to return the products and my money would be refunded. What a lie! Sept. 6,2019 the package arrived. Over 2 months have passed. Did I get my $35 refund? No. What I got was ROBBED because employees there help themselves to the money owed me and numerous other customers!
I order something and they havent shipped my order in 7 days so i asked for a refund and i am currently waiting for my money back... i emailed them multiple times and never got responses back. This company is a big rip off. Dont waste your time. Please do yourself the favour and go to amazon. They have everything and more and will ship your package asap
Horrible wouldn't begin to describe the nightmare experience I've had with iHerb on my last order. My credit card company shows and has confirmed that iHerb charged me nearly $300 for an order they never shipped. I sent them multiple emails including a screen shot of the charge on my account and they still say I wasn't charged. I don't think they even checked. They blamed a "technical issue" for never shipping the order and cancelled the order rather than upgrade the shipping to get it to me sooner which still would have been a week late. This is continuing to take time almost every day to try and get this fraudulent charge they've been notified of and sent proof of removed from my credit card account. There is NO way to talk to anyone at iHerb, all communications are now online putting you at their mercy of dysfunction. Unbelievably bad business and one of the worst experiences with an online merchant ever. What makes this even worse is that this was a domestic order to Colorado and I'm a long term customer that consistently places expensive orders. I would give them negative stars if the review site allowed. Don't risk your time and money ordering from iHerb when there are so many other options available.
On iherbs UK website, where you purchase in British pounds it is unclear the goods are shipped from the US, which means you have to pay an extra £30 - £40 just to get a 30ml bottle of vitamins.
To all the people on here saying you should know your country's import duty charges, you are all missing the point, which is - on iherb's UK website it isn't clear at point of purchase goods are sent from the US, or a £30 -£40 customs duty will be slapped on top of the shipping fee you have already paid! For that reason, their website is deliberately misleading, therefore I believe they are purposefully deceitful, for that reason they should be avoided. Phew got that off my chest after £88 down the drain. Robbing sods!
IHerb offered me an online Promo Code: LOYALTY10 to save 10% instantly on their order when they spend $40 USD. I spent $70.10% of $70 = $7 The code only took off $2. This Fraudulent Process cheated me out of $5.
I requested to return an item purchased and received instructions on where to return the product with an RA number inside. This was back on July 5/19 and have not received my refund to date. I will never use this company again. I can't even give them one star. I written to them multiple times provided the order number and returned to exactly where i was told to and yet they still say they can't find it in their warehouse so I get stiffed. No product and no refund.

My experience with the products they sell is perfect, BUT experience with HIW THEY DEAL WITH CLIENTS is THE WORST, I recently face! After I made my first order and got a box, I realized that one of the items, I had ordered and paid is missing in a box, I contacted the company, I got stupid apologizing in a style "bla bla bla" no any explanation why that happened. They offered mi refund of money. I accepted. The mistake could happen, OK.
I ordered the same item again, and add other items, not to pay the shipping just for 1 thing. I got the box. All items were inside it, except the main one, the one that was the reason for all that order! I contact the company again. Again the same stupid apologizing without explanation. I had a feeling that I'm typing with a robot! Last time when I had the item missing in my box, I have got the same answer, like that time! I didn't get any answer to my special questions! My anger grew after they send me the approval of a money refund where they count $32.00-$2.00=$28.80! What is that mathematics? Do they really think that all are nuts? For my question about that, I had no reply at all. I was trying to contact clients support several times, with no answer.
I don't consider that as a mistake anymore, but as insolent and inappropriate dealing with the client! That was my first experience with your company, and sure it is the last one!
I dealt with the company and bought many things at low prices.
The problem came when they charged me $280 on a $210 order. I ordered in Canadian funds (displayed on the page) and checked out confining the transaction with the bill confirmed in Canadian dollars. Someone there decided(?) to convert the bill to US funds.
People (many it seems) have accused the company of fraud. Maybe. Or just carelessness. Or incompetence. Or having so many customers that they can afford to piss people off.
They have no customer service phone line and the email discussion is mostly "check our web page!"
Amazon customer service is fantastic and the prices are slightly higher.
When a company gets a flood of extremely negative reviews I'll listen in the future.
Problems getting a refund, very poor customer service. I will not be ordering from this company anymore
I've been a loyal customer for awhile now up until recently. I ship to KSA and get my products in a reasonable time frame. However, they just lowered S&H rates, which is great, until they tried to rip me off by $20. When I go to checkout they hike the product value and remove any quantity discounts or other product discounts. It's such a shame that they now price discriminate based upon destination.
Had very bad experience with this company. They provide a shipping tracking number which never moves beyond In-transit status. First time they reshipped the merchandise. Same experience second time. But to my dismay, I can no longer access their website as they have banned my IP address, so no way to contact them or access my account.
Money already charged to credit card, no shipment for over a month, shows In-transit status in email they sent.
Filed dispute with Credit card company reporting fraudulent activity. Buyer beware!
Products reached me although after a long halt at customs and a lot of emails back and forth between DHL, Iherb and I. It took about 1.5 months for the products to reach me in India. The quality and pricing are very good. Keep up the positives iherb - excellent pricing but please better your customer communication if some problem at customs does come up!

Iherb is FRAUD CENTRAL! THEIR products do NOT work! I took 4 MELATONIN PILLS and failed to fall asleep from 12 midnight till 6 am at which point I took a real sleeping pill from reputable company. I am a single mom who never goes out and has to take care of 2 kids. If i do not get sleep I can not function and your company - by selling fake supplements - stole my ability to function and live. Since i cant give 0 stars i guess i will give one. This company did not send the correct product to me. After asking me for picture verification BEFORE they would have any discussion, I proved them wrong multiple times. They lied about what they sent to me. They lied about emails they sent to me as well. They make returning product and getting money back nearly impossible as well.

Answer: Yes you will be charged extra, they dont make it clear when you place an order, but I was asked to pay an extra £15 sterling before they would deliver my goods to my home, so I refused and am waiting a refund of my order which they now tell me will take up to 6 months, not a good company to deal with, buy from home if I were you, I will not purchase from america again.
