IGP's service is a joke. I reached their customer support at 8:40 PM via their WhatsApp link. I got a reply at 4:00 AM (next day early morning) — saying my delivery date couldn't be changed. ( By the way, Order was just placed, and by their own policy, changes are allowed before shipping. But here, things worked in reverse.)👌 and After 7+ hours, their agent Siddharth had the audacity to say: "No response from your side (at 4 AM👏👏👏), so we're closing this chat."
Seriously? What a joke. I had simply requested to shift my Rakhi delivery from 9th Aug 2025 to 8th Aug 2025 — just one day earlier — and that too before dispatch. Their agent clearly admitted the order is still in "processing", yet they flatly refused. I also emailed them — no reply. And honestly, I don't expect anything useful now. They take your money and vanish.
Emotionally careless. Lazy. Absolutely spineless support.
Think twice before trusting IGP with your special occasions.
I m really disappointed right now. First u guys were late for my order. I ordered cake for father day and it arrived next day and second thing is they asked us to pick it up from city. My father went to city in rain on bike. Like why the hell i m ordering from u guys if we need to go to city by ourself. Cant we just buy by ourself then from there. There was problem with my order last time as well but i still think of giving u chance. Sorry but i m so so disappointed in u guys. Ur service is getting soo much bad.
Don't fall for their marketing gimmicks on their website. Pathetic service and poor quality products. They agree their mistake but they don't refund. But whereas they offer to give 10% discount on our next order but not sure who will be opting them again keeping inview of past horrible experience.

Very disappointing and regretful that I wasted my money and time by using IGP. Also it's not the first time it happens, the latest order I have made, has been delivered too late with whole disaster mess. Ordered a cake for a very special occasion but you guys ruined it. On top of it the delivery boy said can I come tomorrow if it's not urgent and delivered a mess. They said 30 minutes delivery but it took a whole 8-9 hours to deliver the order. I ordered a birthday gift for my sister in-law, a good luck plant and a box od choc and set of dried nuts and fruits from india. 1st issue, delay in delivery and 2nd issue, extra delivery charges from which is not mentioned upon purchasing. I am so embarassed when I found out from the birthday celebrant about the extra charge, of course I told them not to receive the item! I sent an email to IGP and asked them to cancel my order and demand a refund! Hope to receive a response from them
I have ordered special gift for my friend on his birthday, first of all they didn't deliver the product more over they refused to refund my money. I'm planning to report it to consumer court...everyone should do the same.

Irony is received a may of successful delivery on 21st.

Biggest fraud company. Many time order not deliver for next 2-3 Months. Refund amount event not credited in many days. Please please please never place order otherwise you will be mental, financial distrub if you place bigger order. Stay away and never order to keep your self happy. Be happy and stay away...
They mark delivered even before the actual delivery. Local representative +91 ******* ******* is misbehaving. Then he expected a ten rating for his shoddy service.
The central customer service team is equally bad. No help even after lodging complaint through phone and mail
Suggest that people rely more on some local florist rather than IGP
I ordered 10 oriental lilies from them for 4270. They supplied 5 LOCAL lilies ONLY, instead of oriental lilies. They continued to justify their mistake as a one time error and started offering a 30% refund. I then reported them to American Express for FRAUD. After several repeated mails to the company they somehow agreed to refund 50% of the amount as they only supplied 5 out of 10 lilies. However, THEY CONVENIENTLY IGNORED THE FACT THAT THEY SUPPLIED LOCAL LILIES AND THE WORST QUALITY. I made a mistake by going to them and not to Ferns n Petals who are at least honest!
I have used IGP a few times, first time was good, second time I used them order was delivered a day late (still ok) - but the most recent time I placed an order more than a week prior to the delivery date & it was sent in different parts (total of 4 items) one item was delivered on the date requested, one of the items 3 days after the scheduled delivery date - and the last 2 items are either lost, delivered to someone else or not dispatched 9 days AFTER the delivery date. I have contacted the service team and they are honestly useless - twice I've given them all the information & screenshots of order number and the tracking information - and twice they've come back to me saying we can't locate your order with your email address please send your order number - I have lost my patience with these muppets how clear can it be with the order number in the bloody screenshot - if only they bothered to look at the attachments!

I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experiences with IGP, which have left me profoundly dissatisfied for the second time in recent months.
My first encounter with IGP was through Order Number *******, placed on October 23rd, 2023. Regrettably, the order failed to materialize, IGP acknowledged the issue, offering little reassurance for the future.
Hoping that this was just a one-off, I reluctantly decided to give them another chance, placing Order Number ******* on February 15th, 2024. This time, the order was meant to bring joy to my parents with flowers and a cake on February 16th, 2024, with a promised delivery window between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. However, the entire day passed without any sign of the delivery or even a courtesy update.
Such consistent failure to meet basic delivery expectations is incredibly frustrating. IGP's inability to deliver on their promises has severely eroded my trust in their services. Would not recommend this to anyone.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with IGP. I placed an order for a gift to be delivered on the 1st of September, and despite the app status indicating that the delivery had been made, it was never received. This situation is deeply disappointing.
My attempts to reach out to their customer service were utterly futile. I called the number +91-22-43433333 hoping to resolve the issue, but I was left waiting for 15 minutes, listening to an automated machine repeatedly informing me that my estimated wait time was just 30 seconds. Unfortunately, this wait time never seemed to end, and I was left without any assistance.
I haven't received any communication from IGP. All they sent was an email with a ticket ID reference, but there has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address this issue.
I've lost £16, and it seems like no one at IGP has taken the initiative to reach out or rectify this situation. I can confidently say that I will not be using their services in the future, and I strongly caution others against doing so as well. This has been a pathetic experience.

In the application it shows same-day delivery but, I am not able to process the order. Tried to connect with the chat people on the application and waited for 2 hours but still, there was no reply. The tagline that you are posting on the application is that same-day delivery that is fake. A customer who was searching for gifts for more than 3 hours wasted time and at last I was not able to place the order. The service is so poor from your (IGP) side. At last, in 30 minutes I made an order from "Ferns N Petals" I Will not recommend this website to someone better order from Ferns N Petals which is the best, easily accessible, and has quick response.
This is the second time now. They just take the order and never updated the status. And when you start asking for refund they just never respond. Never trust this site. I'll be reporting them to the consumer protection bureau.
