Be very aware!v People don't waste your precious time and money on this website IGP, What a poor service these guys have. Very disappointing and regretful that I wasted my money and time by using IGP. Also it's not the first time it happens, the latest order I have made, has been delivered too late with whole disaster mess. Ordered a cake for a very special occasion but you guys ruined it. On top of it the delivery boy said can I come tomorrow if it's not urgent and delivered a mess. They said 30 minutes delivery but it took a whole 8-9 hours to deliver the order. For goodness sake, show some professionalism. Nasty service……….!

I have ordered special gift for my friend on his birthday, first of all they didn't deliver the product more over they refused to refund my money. I'm planning to report it to consumer court...everyone should do the same.
Order ID*******, this bad review is in context with my recent order you guys messed up bad time. You have no idea how it feels that brother had no rakhi on his hand because of a lame irresponsible company like yours
You will see all fancy premium quality gift pictures on their websites looking at them you pay premium and what gets delivered is all crappy stuff. Doesn't even match the picture. On top of it when you are sending gifts out side of india they ask for recipients email address and now poor recipient has pay custom duty to receive the gift. That is so annoying. Never ordering from them again.
I ordered a birthday gift for my sister in-law, a good luck plant and a box od choc and set of dried nuts and fruits from india. 1st issue, delay in delivery and 2nd issue, extra delivery charges from which is not mentioned upon purchasing. I am so embarassed when I found out from the birthday celebrant about the extra charge, of course I told them not to receive the item! I sent an email to IGP and asked them to cancel my order and demand a refund! Hope to receive a response from them
They mark delivered even before the actual delivery. Local representative +91 ******* ******* is misbehaving. Then he expected a ten rating for his shoddy service.
The central customer service team is equally bad. No help even after lodging complaint through phone and mail

Biggest fraud company. Many time order not deliver for next 2-3 Months. Refund amount event not credited in many days. Please please please never place order otherwise you will be mental, financial distrub if you place bigger order. Stay away and never order to keep your self happy. Be happy and stay away...
This is the second time now. They just take the order and never updated the status. And when you start asking for refund they just never respond. Never trust this site. I'll be reporting them to the consumer protection bureau.
In the application it shows same-day delivery but, I am not able to process the order. Tried to connect with the chat people on the application and waited for 2 hours but still, there was no reply. The tagline that you are posting on the application is that same-day delivery that is fake. A customer who was searching for gifts for more than 3 hours wasted time and at last I was not able to place the order. The service is so poor from your (IGP) side. At last, in 30 minutes I made an order from "Ferns N Petals" I Will not recommend this website to someone better order from Ferns N Petals which is the best, easily accessible, and has quick response.
A order placed sufficiently in advance for Dhanteras gifting on Nov 9 was not delivered by IGP. However, I received an email confirmation that the item was delivered to the recipient.
Upon checking with IGP, they have the audacity to say we share the POD with you. And voila, the package was delivered on Nov 10 (more than 24 hours after their delivery confirmation to me).
Their tag line of "Light up Diwali with same day delivery" says a lot about what is VS. what they project!

One of the $#*!tiest services I have ordered from! They never delivered my order which was worth thousands of rupees and never refunded me the amount! It is a $#*! SHOW, so PLS DONT EVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
Don't use this company. They will only cause you stress. You pay a high price for shipping, then they don't deliver the products. They don't get the senders or recipients details correctly which results to you never knowing where the parcel is at or what's going on. You can spend an hour easily for a week asking them for a simple task but they won't do anything about it. They will use words such as trust me ma'am or sir which is hilarious, and they know customers have no choice so they can do whatever they like.
Do not use this company, unless you want to lose your money, mind, time and mental stability
I have ordered from here a few times now & they are always late with the delivery. The whole point of having something delivered on a special occasion is spoilt. I ordered my date of delivery prior to Diwali hoping if they are late still they might deliver on time but as always the delivery will be 3 days after Diwali. Very disappointed. On top of that they don't refund if we ask for money back, they won't cancel the order if we ask to cancel. Btw once a wrong product was also delivered, not surprised. Pathetic service. I will be exploring other services.
I understand that most of the online delivery agencies in India are frauds. This one is at a different level altogether. I ordered a Heart Bouquet of Red Roses & Ferrero Rocher. This agency wrapped up something with golden-colored paper and placed that as Ferrero Rocher. Really? I sent a video to this agency. Guys, stop this nuisance for sucking money! What did you think that we are all idiots?
IGP ruined my Rakhi festival. I ordered Rakhi with gift hamper and additional sweets. IGP sent Sweets with out Rakhi that was sent to all my 5 brothers. Instead of Rakhi they sent debris in package. When I called them no one picking or answering from customer support service. Huge disappointment on festival season.

Ordered a product on 28th and was supposed to be on 30th for my friends wedding anniversary... But it was 15 days completed but not delivered yet. Called and mailed IGP 3 to 4 times but no proper response. My sincere request is not to opt for IGP
I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experiences with IGP, which have left me profoundly dissatisfied for the second time in recent months.
My first encounter with IGP was through Order Number *******, placed on October 23rd, 2023. Regrettably, the order failed to materialize, IGP acknowledged the issue, offering little reassurance for the future.
Hoping that this was just a one-off, I reluctantly decided to give them another chance, placing Order Number ******* on February 15th, 2024. This time, the order was meant to bring joy to my parents with flowers and a cake on February 16th, 2024, with a promised delivery window between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. However, the entire day passed without any sign of the delivery or even a courtesy update.
Such consistent failure to meet basic delivery expectations is incredibly frustrating. IGP's inability to deliver on their promises has severely eroded my trust in their services. Would not recommend this to anyone.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with IGP. I placed an order for a gift to be delivered on the 1st of September, and despite the app status indicating that the delivery had been made, it was never received. This situation is deeply disappointing.
My attempts to reach out to their customer service were utterly futile. I called the number +91-22-43433333 hoping to resolve the issue, but I was left waiting for 15 minutes, listening to an automated machine repeatedly informing me that my estimated wait time was just 30 seconds. Unfortunately, this wait time never seemed to end, and I was left without any assistance.
I haven't received any communication from IGP. All they sent was an email with a ticket ID reference, but there has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address this issue.
I've lost £16, and it seems like no one at IGP has taken the initiative to reach out or rectify this situation. I can confidently say that I will not be using their services in the future, and I strongly caution others against doing so as well. This has been a pathetic experience.

If there was a choice of NO stars, that's what they deserve. Screwed up my orders, and only 1 out 3 orders were delivered. All orders to be delivered to US, albeit different States. One order got delivered, one apparently sent in Europe, and one totally no status provided. Terrible service!
They showed order is delivered but I didn't received it. And customer service is also horrible. They can't fulfill their promises they quote. Better to look for other alternatives. If you are trusting them, you will surely be disappointed at end.
