I Fly First Class

I used I Fly First Class for the first time and was wowed by the experience. The customer service I received was great. I received the tickets right on time, and every potential pitfall was avoided. This was the smoothest trip I've ever gone on. You should try out I Fly First Class too!

I wasn't sure the easiest way to book my travel to Asia. There are so many agencies and ways to book travel that it can be overwhelming. A colleague told me to call IFFC and I was able to just tell them what I needed. It was much easier than arranging it myself.

I had a flight reservation to Asia but because of COVID-19 had to cancel my plans. The representative I spoke with was very helpful. He was able to help me cancel my flight with no hassle. He was able to explain my options as far as getting a flight credit or get a refund. Ended up getting a refund.

We were so grateful to Iflyfirstclass. Because of coronavirus, our flight going back to the US was cancelled. We know that there is going to be a lockdown soon and we were worried to be stuck in Europe. Dmitry really did what he can to look for an alternative flight for us. We are really thankful.

Got really frustrated when was searching for a good deal to Beijing during Thanksgiving. At this time all flights were super expensive, maybe 2x or 3x the regular price. Then got to the site IFFC and submitted the request. Got the call back an hour later. The agent was very experienced and offered me several solutions. Finally, I chose the seats and the time. It was very affordable price and convenient.
