I was a newbie to iflyfirstclass, but I had a great experience right out of the gate! Their customer service was fantastic, the tickets were delivered on schedule and every detail was covered. I've never had a trip go so smoothly. I highly recommend iflyfirstclass!
I missed my flight to Australia and was really worried that this problem couldn't be fixed. But Dmitry was amazing and he totally solved the problem by changing my ticket to a completely new itinerary. This was the best customer service experience I ever had.
I had some issues with the airline changing schedule for my flight home and we were never notified. I called Donna back and she took care of the issue, rerouting us with a better schedule. Overall good experience and we saved a ton of money
Handling last minute schedule changes is not always pleasant. I would better say - it is never a pleasant challenge at all! Had to travel to Madrid for business in May. Yet, three days ago received a late evening email. Tried to book it myself. But only was able to get some pretty bad flights with red eyes and super long layovers. Then, had to act quickly and decided to call IFFC. It was a 100% right choice. Dmirty found the best flight I needed. Got the most comfortable seats and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The airline that I used to fly could not get me in at such short notice, so in a panicky state I search for anyone who could. When I found IFFC and talked with Dmitry, he really lifted a weight off of my shoulders. In no time I had booked a flight, had my entire itinerary down, and was practically stress free. I know that I definitely noticed that flying business class with them was much more comfortable than when flying business with my old favorite airline, the service was better too. Had to cancel my flight and get refund because of what's going on with the virus. They help with that and took care of all my needs and when Im ready to rebook, I will just call them. Will definitely book with them again.
Booking was easy enough, I provided my agent dates and destinations and she worked with me fi dj g a great deal for Air France ticket. I had a quote for $6500 from alair France and iffc was able to make it much less

TIP: if you want to book a last minute flight, like we had to -- you'd better give them a call and leave a voicemail or smth. But do not email, if there is an urgency..
