I ordered a swatch of satin for a flower girl dress. The swatch cost $9.00 to ship. Then I saw a few more fabrics that might work, so tried to contact them via phone and email for DAYS. Phone went to machine that said full, no messages. I tried many times in the day. I sent at least 2 emails trying to see if I could add to my order. No response. Then, 4 days later, the swatch shipped. Now I see I am getting credited the amount. Not sure if this means I am getting nothing. Oh well...terrible customer service...really none.
Placed a order and never received the item. There phone number is disconnected. Tried emailing and no response. Found CEO email and also no response.
This company charged my credit card as soon as the order was placed. No email confirmation of my order was ever received. I attempted to CHAT with someone but CHAT is never available. I made several phone calls to customer service but the phone always goes to a busy signal. I finally got an email stating that my order would ship on Monday, April 4. Here it is Friday, April 8 and still no order. This order was placed early in March and they promised shipping within 7 days. What a crock! I contacted my credit card company and will be opening a dispute. They are unprofessional thieves.+
Hopefully, everyone does their research before buying with this company. I placed an order for $68.00 and never received anything. That was in December 2021 it is now February 2022. I tried calling and the number does not work, I tried e-mailing and I got no response. I did a chat online that never went through and the same with the chat on my phone. But what I did get was an e-mail asking for a review which never got posted until I went to this site. Good luck with never receiving anything or speaking to anyone.
Ordered 9 green tablecloths for a party - 120" round. Red the description and checked out the pictures. All looked good. FAKE PICTURES! When the tablecloths arrived, I pulled one out of the box to check quality of material. Thank goodness I opened it up all the way to discover it was PIECED together - not a round seamless tablecloth that I have ordered from numerous companies (incl Amazon) over the years. It had two seams across the top - ad if they had seen wings onto a rectangular piece of material. Obviously not acceptable. Checked description and pictures again. No mention of a pieced tablecloth and pictures were seamless - like any regular round tablecloth. When I complained and wanted to return, there was a 50% restocking fee, plus I had to pay postage on the return and it had to be returned in original box. I would get $10 back on my $100+ investment. As far as I am concerned, this was out and out fraud. What you see is NOT what you get!
Their website says that your order will come in 5 to 7 business days. I'm still waiting and it's been six weeks. I called the phone number listed on the website and it is in operable. I tried emailing them and I finally got a response that was short and Curt and it said "your fabric is on the way". Hadn't gotten it yet. Thank goodness I didn't spend much money with them.
I made an online order January 22,2022. It's now April 28,2022, I still haven't received my order or a refund. It impossible to get an answer from this vendor. The only response is a UPS tracking label that doesn't change. I have asked for a refund or my order numerous times. In the last month I don't even get a response. Also, the phone number on the website is disconnected.
I placed a order March 25th and still have not received my order. Can't get a hold of anyone and only got a few replies with email saying my package was sent. But the tracking number provided says the label was created and ups had not been given the package yet. This is the worst customer service ever. You think when you spend $100 with a company they will make sure you get what you paid for. Wouldn't even give them 1 star but i had to in order to post this.
They never respond to anything. If you try to call the number on the website it'll say the number is not in service. I've tried canceling my order and they won't respond. It's been over a month. I ended up ordering from another company 3 days ago and got my package today. I fabric is such a scam
Ordered 15 yds of fabrics on 12/12. I emailed on 12/22 to ask if the fabric had been shipped. The answer was that the package was delayed by the shipping company. I received the package, with the wrong fabric, on 12/27 with a shipping date on the label of 12/22.
I sent the material back and asked for a full refund. They said they issued a refund on 1/17. I still don't have my money and now I can't get a response from them. Chat is not available. The phone line is either busy or no answer. Emails are not answered.
Don't be like me and ignore the bad reviews! I ordered March 9th and still have not received my package as of June 5th and have gotten no real responses back from the multiple emails I've sent and even the calls I've made. I received one response March 15th but nothing after that and my order is still in the wind. Please see the screenshots attached and do not order from this company. At this point all I can do is warn others and simply hope and pray that I can at least get a refund...
Never received order. Unable to get a hold of anyone. No reply to emails and for number says unable to leave message because mailbox full every time tried calling. Asked for refund no reply. Had me be to send me email asking to review order. Reported to bank
I ordered some headliner material from them. It took 6 business days to arrive The material is very nice, and the padding on the back is very thick. I am well satisfied with my product. I think it will look very nice on my 1970 Ford.
I had to email several times to find out where my fabric was. Took several weeks longer than it should have. Emailed multiple times, finally got a shipping date. No notification if it had been shipped that day and no response to emails. Finally got it about 10 days later which was many weeks later than originally promised. Will NEVER deal with vendor again. Tried twice to post with 2 stars but when I hit post it changed to 5.
Great service, delivery was quick and they changed my order, no questions asked when I realised I'd ordered the wrong amount. The material is very good quality as well. Love it and would buy from them again.
Very reasonable prices, online ordering, and an excellent range of fabrics that can be hard to find elsewhere - plus quick Shipping, Well done! The online ordering system is a bit tricky - items jump out of the cart as you move about.
Great service, and fast shipping! Wish you had the full 5 Yards of the linen blend i ordered in stock but l'm glad you asked if i wanted whats left instead of automatically refunding me or sending me less fabric. Would definitely shop again!

I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were Amazing. I purchased fabric. It look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yards to make a matching. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval.
They ship quickly and have excellent customer service if there is an issue. We thought my parcel was lost with Priority Mail and Jesse in customer service was so quick to help me get the problem solved. I have bought from them multiple years and they always put customers first.
Answer: Judge for yourself by this review: 1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the info@ifabric.com email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
